Ordered delivery. 2 pizzas, bread bites, and twists and it cam within 20 minutes. SO fast! Food was piping hot and AMAZING! And we never order from here! Will definitely order again!

Order pizza online, waited 45 mins for it to be delivered. Had to call for the manager to tell me I have to wait 30 more mins, so I waited. 30 mins passed and I called again. Same manager said I can either wait 30 more mins or come pick it up. Who is waiting 2 hours for old pizza. I had to drive to the store for her to try to give me old pizza in the delivery fee still on. I had them remake the pizza and give me the delivery fee back. This mainly happens at this location!

The GM chelsey used her bare hands to clean off the counters & trash then proceeded to top our pizza with those same bare hands without washing them . The person checking us out ACCIDENTALLY rang us up wrong. Shouldn’t have been a big deal when he got her to help him fix it but she just got a attitude with him and said if you can’t do it confidently don’t do it at all. He apologized then she continued to treat him that way. Makes me not want to come back. I don’t like bully’s & dirty hands on my pizza.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a medium pizza on line and they were out of medium dough. They called me. I offered to pay the $2 difference but no one in store could figure out a solution to the problem other than cancelling the order and giving me a coupon for a future visit. After 30 minutes on the phone, they finally decide to delete the order and place another order making it a large pizza. Get to the store and the assistant manager cancelled my order after I drove there to pick up the order her coworker finally resolved. She was rude, unprofessional and refused to give me any information to contact a manager. Will not be back. I will drive half a mile to the location by Athens tech. Ridiculous outcome when I ordered a total of 4 pizza and all that chaos over $2 that I offered to pay from the beginning.

I would give them 0 stars. Domino's on Lexington Rd in Athens, Georgia. The worst experience we had on 11/13/2023 at 6:25 pm. We waited for over an hour for one pizza, which was said to be ready in 20-30min, just so that the employee Elexus who was working there at the time, can tell us that our pizza was not ready. At this time it's already 7:45. Elexus then proceeded to go on a rant about how she was the only person working there and that we were just wasting her time on other orders that needed to be made because she was on the phone with us. We never got our pizza. The worst customer service ever.

Placed an order for delivery and waited 2+ hours. If I could give negative or zero stars I would. Boyfriend tried to pick up pizza from here after placing an order in store and was waiting for more than an hour a few days prior to my delivery order. DONT order from here..

AWFUL on all fronts. We placed an online order, and the tracker said it would be 50 minutes. Not great. But then we waited an hour and a half. When we called the store, the woman who answered set the phone down on the counter and WALKED OFF. For several minutes. When we finally got her on the line again, she said it would be 20 more minutes and hung up on us. She was really aggravated with us, and we were worried they would spit on our food or something, so we cancelled. We’re never ordering from this location again, and neither should you.

Ordered delivery from here and waited an hour with no food. Called the store to check and they told us to come pick up our pizza ourselves. We drove to the store only to learn that the driver had left to deliver our pizza. We weren't offered any refund or comp or anything because the "manager wasn't there" and were told to contact corporate. This isn't the first time we've had issues like this with this location.
