I used to stop here 4-6 times weekly for a cold brew. Months back, they began giving incorrect orders, serving iced coffee as cold brew, and using the wrong additional ingredients, so I quit using this store. I decided to swing by this morning to try again for the reopening. I ordered a cold brew and was given iced coffee. Disappointing.

If you want to enjoy some time watching the poor homeless people sleeping at the tables and/or enjoy staring at a filthy floor that looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in a week, this is your place. Bonus: no napkins, cursing employees, and peeling trim everywhere. I’m telling you, it’s the best dump-coffee you can get. 10/10 would drink in a garbage pile again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin. The customer service was abysmal. When we politely asked for cups of water at the drive-thru, the employee at the window responded rudely with, "I don't have time for all of that." It was not only disrespectful but also completely unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the establishment. I would strongly advise against visiting this Dunkin location.

I don know what's happening in Dunkin of Epps Bridge but the Assistant manager Maddie and another employee Christian are very unprofessional, getting into personal family problems.
Just like any other Dunkin', this one suffers a bit from inconsistency. You could either have a great drink or a burnt espresso that tastes like cigarettes. It all feels like it comes down to the luck of the draw. In general, I would say you have a better chance of getting a good drink from here though!

Literally went inside to get ice cream and stood there for 15 mins with no one acknowledging my existence. I tried getting someone’s attention multiple times. Two of the employees just saw just stared at me then went back to their conversation between them and these younger kids. They weren’t busy at all and there was only 3 customers there just sitting down. I have never written a review before but I figure people should know if they are ever in this scenario
