Every time I order one dozen donuts in separate boxes like 6 by 6 for my customer visit. I never pay more than one dozen cost. This is the first time Olivia want to charge me as double of half dozen price. I noticed this at the last second, she tried to explain the reason, but end of the way corrected the price upon my warning.

Everyone knows the distinct taste of doughnuts that are several days old, well we want decided to get a dozen donuts for my birthday, and everyone said the same thing, the donuts tasted several days old. Very disappointing, threw most of them away. We didn't get Krispy Kreme doughnuts because they are usually very sweet, but at least they are fresh daily, you can see them coming off the line. We won't go back to Duncan anymore

How many munchkins come in a 10 piece box of munchkins? I didn't count, but It feels like I ate 20 and the box still had plenty left in it. Maybe I'm just going crazy. Or maybe they sell magic boxes that connect to a dimension of endless donut holes.

Busy, messy, and out of or low on several donuts. Counter service was friendly and fast once we had a chance to order.Things on the food and specialty drinks side were getting a bit backed up, but the drive through was relentless.Okay donuts, great counter service, kinda thrashed, and crowded but what do you expect from Dunkin' on a busy Saturday morning?

This maybe the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to where I've gone more than once. The worst dunkin’ donuts I ever went to was one in New Jersey that refused to serve me because I had celiac disease. They said nothing was gluten-free at the location. But coffee is.The Epps bridge Dunkin donuts plain out sucks. The very first time I went there I saw a major violations of food safety handling and it just continued from there. No one knew what Celiac was, they barely knew what gluten-free was, and I'd teach them to wash their hands and put on gloves and not touch my cup until that was done. Even after that, a manager put my lid on a dirty counter that had gluten on it. I had to remind her that the counter was not only dirty but had gluten on it and she had to give me a new lid.I would order my coffee in the morning hot extra large and iced extra large in the afternoon. I always ask for five sugars and seven creamers. However, the coffee would come out with milk instead of cream or no sugar at all or double the amount of sugar or not light enough or…the managers kept saying they were calibrating the machines but I think a lot of that’s human error. Either you know that you put sugar in the cup or you don’t. Getting distracted by another order that’s pinging in from the Internet is no excuse. The funny thing is that the watkinsville location is owned by the same person, dave, and that location had calibrated machinery and employees who can make a five sugar and seven creamer coffee taste fine. Go figure. The Epps bridge location was always bringing new staff and it was like a revolving door. I was constantly having to explain Celiac and gluten-free to new employees and how they needed to handle my coffee to ensure I wouldn't get gluten didn't get sick.I really like some of the employees and some of the managers. A few of the employees were clueless but nice. But it's the gm, Mary lavender who truly sucks. I met with her to get a full refund on 45 cups of coffee that I purchased over a 30-day period from the Epps bridge location. I explained to her that the coffee was routinely screwed up, sometimes there was no sugar sometimes there was too much sometimes I taste the coffee and just walked away with it because I didn’t have the time, and mostly I've been to satisfied with most of the coffee I drank at that shop. She told me that they would refund me and then promptly turned around and lied in an email saying that on the dates I mentioned, she has written statements from employees basically lying and saying that I was completely satisfied with the coffee. The list I gave her didn't have accurate dates on it as I listed the dates that the charge is cleared my account and not the actual date. I kept the receipts I did not give her copies of the receipts. If you have Celiac or gluten-free needs, I would run the other direction. Hell, if I ate gluten I would still run the other direction. There are massive food handling mistakes. People don't wash their hands throughout the day unless they're asked to do so for allergies. People are using their hands to handle food, frequently without gloves or washing them first or using a tissue. I once saw someone drop a box on the floor and pick it up and start putting donuts into it. That’s a food handling violation under Georgia law.And so it goes. Don’t give them your money. But the spider donuts are cute anyway.

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too. No one here knows what is going on. This is the second time in two months my mobile order has been wrong and has taken between 20-40 minutes to be completed and there is no one else in the store.Stay away from this place.
