Friday was my first time visiting visiting firehouse. Buy one, get one free, the subs I chose was good. I'm sure this would not be my last time there, ? ?Parking: You need to be concerned when pulling in the driveway there where cars parked on your right then as you move on trying to find the empty spot. I'm not in favor of their parking in the back

Had a pickup order got home noticed food was made incorrectly. Spend 20-30 dollars you would think you could spend a little more time to make sure it’s correct thanks.

The subs were really good we did a order online as we were at the hospital across the street when we got there someone had taken our food but they remade our order in no time. Very happy with the food and service.

Yesterday Oct 17 I went to Firehouse to get a sandwich. Upon arriving at my partners work with lunch she bit into it only to find a strand of hair. We had to purchase something else, and after her break I returned the sandwich to the shop. Immediately, the workers started calling for the AGM as if they were used to that kind of thing happening. It is definitely frustrating driving out of your way twice and not being able to eat what you wanted, but the cherry on top was the AGM not knowing how to refund my tip. I probably won't be eating here again unless management/store owner can make this right. Very sad to see such a great shop not meet its customers needs and satisfaction.
