First time to Athens. Gavin and Ethan were super nice and the music was great too. Had a great evening Friday, February 2nd. Would definitely visit again!!

I was enjoying a nice conversation with my date at Flanagan's and I turn around to see two men brawling in the middle of the bar. One of the men fighting was the General Manager and none of the security or bouncers did a single thing to stop the fight. I had to pull the manager off the other guy to stop him from seriously injuring him. This bar is shady and poorly managed and I'd personally feel safer at any other bar. I also know of multiple SA cases by their staff that are overlooked by the local police as well. Do yourself a favor and don't support this corrupt business.

If you are in town as an opposing fan for a Georgia game do not go here. The “owner” (or a Georgia fan who claimed to be an owner) was rude and actually put his hands on me. It was very frightening. Thank god I have brave friends that got us out of there unscathed. We must have been outnumbered 100 to 1. No southern hospitality here.

As a Flanagan, it is a rule to enter each and every Flanagan's I encounter worldwide. This is certainly not one of the best, but it was an enjoyable experience. From 1$ Coors heavy to 5$ Guinness the prices were right. The only issue is the 10$ minimum for cards.
