We ordered a new York strip steak medium well for delivery with mashed potatoes and broccoli. When it arrived the steak had about 60% fat on it. While cutting the fat off we saw it was still raw inside (not rare, but RAW). The mashed potatoes were definitely from a box, and had way too much water. They were soupy, and were put in a container obviously not meant for liquids which meant they arrived half spilled all over the delivery bag. The broccoli was steamed for way too long, so it was limp and tasted like nothing - as though they had managed to steam away the innate flavor of the broccoli itself and turned it into a vessel for water. For steakhouse prices, you'd expect steakhouse quality, not Applebee's dumpster rejects.

We enjoyed our visit. The interior is nice looking, clean and comfortable. The quality of our food was very good, presented well and tasted great. We had onion rings for starter, six rings, priced too high. Server brought toasted bread slices and warm butter, very nice. The burger was delicious. The TBone was thinner than expected but well seasoned and cooked. The grilled veggies and roasted red potatoes were excellent. We were disappointed no local craft beers were offered. The wait staff (we saw 3 working) were moving quickly and seemed attentive to customers. I look forward to visit again and try more items on the menu.

I visited Frank and Son's on 2/28 and the delicious smell of food drew me inside. The decor is modern, minimalist, and pleasing to the eye. I ordered the fried calamari which was well seasoned, and fried crispy. For my entree I ordered the Ribeye with Asparagus, and Steak Fries. The Ribeye was well seasoned, tender and juicy. I will definitely visit again

Very cute setup and super sweet server. The ambiance was superb. The burger and steak were excellent. The only issue we had was cold potatoes and scallops that weren't cooked well. All in all, we loved it and would most definitely come back.

If you’re looking for a steak on the East side go anywhere but here. My 16oz medium rare ribeye might have been 1/2” thick and was cooked medium - done at best, similar to what you would find at Waffle / Huddle House. Side portions were tiny. Extremely overpriced for what you receive.

Had filet mignon with broccoli and mac and cheese. Good cut of meat. Broccoli was just right - not too crisp and not limp. The complimentary bread is toast crisps and garlic butter, which is a really nice change of pace.

We sat at bar, Bartender got drinks wrong. She went to make new drinks then left the bar didn't come back for 15 minutes. We told the manager/owner? Who didn't introduce himself what happened. He made us second drink and they were not what we ordered. We were going to have dinner but decided to leave and the manager tried to charge us for drinks. Won't be back.

Other vegetables dry.Second time eating here. First time was totally different and much better. That was the first weekend they opened. I was hoping they would be good and successful. We need a good restaurant on the East Side and the space sat empty for two years.Very dissatisfied and I wonder if the owner has a clue about the state of the place? Clean it up and help the East Side. We need you to be great.

Broccoli had no salt or pepper whatsoever. I got the steak wrap, and it was basically ground beef crumbles, and the asparagus also had no salt. Way overpriced for the subpar items they provide.
