Came in to a long line at 1 and ordered at 1:30. Waited an hour and never got my food. I requested a refund because I had to leave and it was taking too long and they refused to give me a full refund.

A friend who lives in town said it's good, so I decided to give it a try for lunch during my stay. I ordered the "Gyro Wrap" touted as their "signature gyro" consisting of lamb, red onion, lettuce, tomato, & tzatziki served a grilled pita bread wrap. It wasn't the best gyro I've ever had, but it was good and hit the spot. Ambience is fast casual. The drill is you order at the counter where they give you a number and bring your order to your table when it's ready. The service was friendly enough. The prices are reasonable. According to the sign painted on the wall depicted in my photo, after 5:00 p.m., it's full bar upstairs with live bands. I did not avail myself of this during my stay in Athens. I suspect it is an undergrad thing, and I'm well past my undergrad days.

Remake of the old Gyro Wrap from before the pandemic- very modern, great service, great food - gyros have better produce now plus tomatoes!
An old Athens favorite is unfortunately far from the norm. The service is fine. The food is not. What used to be a hot and steamed delicious gyro is now cold with undercooked onions and cold cheese. The manager argued with us when we asked to make it right. We are so disappointed as we were looking forward to being back with one of our favorites.

Are you kidding me? This is like a gyro in the mall. Skimpy gyro, pita is cheap and chewy, tzatziki tastes processed and not fresh. I usually look to see how many reviews but didn't because I thought this was a seasoned Athens restaurant. There are so many other places to get a meal. Don't waste your time, taste buds or money here.

Food is decent. It's nice to have a Gyro place back in the area, though this is more a fast food style of food than a Middle Eastern specialty restaurant... beggers can't be choosers when the craving for a gyro strikes, and this fits the bill.
