Got the #11 chicken sandwich, and a hamburger meal. The chicken sandwich was barely edible, it was pretty nasty. Tasted like it had been sitting in grease. My wife ate maybe half of it, we were pretty hungry, lol.Service was SLOW. We were the only dine in customers, and the drive through was not very busy at all. Probably took at least 20 minutes to get our food. It was in the middle of the afternoon, pretty slow time. There appeared to only be two people working.We're usually pretty satisfied with Hardee's. But this was terrible for $21.

Awful service! Order was wrong but as I was trying to check the order I was pushed out by employee stating they already ensured my order was correct. It was completely wrong and they were completely rude.

Absolutely awful customer service, haven’t been to Hardy’s in a few years for breakfast, took maybe 30 seconds for us to pick what we wanted and we were told, “ if you are on the phone while in the drive through then we needed to leave”. No cars in line behind us. Was rushed and very rude at the window.

Breakfast is good when you get it. My issue is Google clearly says "opens at 6:00". I have been to this location when I get off work in the morning. I either see a store with no lights on and no one answers the call box (even though you clearly see workers inside) or you are greeted like I was this morning at 6:00 that says "I'm not open yet". If your hours clearly state 6:00 am, it should be that specific time. If you have a problem opening on time, maybe you should get new employees.

Shorthanded on a Sunday is bad management.Only 2 employees running the whole place. They were friendly enough.The food was more condiment/salt than food and the wrappers were coated with grease.

I saw the chef using his bare hands lifting the eggs and ham out of a container and placing them in a box (that he was about to serve me), then he wiped his hands on his jeans pant and repeated the process. I cancelled my order. The server was mad rude because she had to refund me my monies. I left cup of drink on the outside and she threw it in front of my car and showed me the finger.I wish I could give this a zero star

DONT COME HERE AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSE!I went today at 8:38, pulled up to order my food waited till 8:43 till one of the workers said “We aren’t taking any orders right now”. Keep in mind there was no line. Every time we come at night to order some food there is always some excuse.

I hopped in the drive through and asked for a product part of a promotion and they charged me like 16 bucks for a 8 meal and said they don’t have the promotion anymore after I paid

Incredibly badly run. This dump clings to life only because it's right in front of a Walmart. Even so it's barely hanging on. The staff here is so high, stupid, and unmotivated I don't know how they even manage to breathe. East side Burger King and KFC, same story. Maybe one car per 15 minutes. Wendy's and Chick Filet right next to them stay slammed, drive-thru cars circled around the building all day. Whoever owns this Hardee's franchise needs to be dragged out in the street and hoss-whipped.hey owner:That feedback web page is useless. Have you ever tried using it yourself? Put in my order at 6:10 am at the drive thru, paid and was asked to pull forward being told it would be another 3 minutes. Didn't get my food until 6:35 and the biscuits were dark brown and crunchy. Hash brown medallions were somehow undercooked as well, but at least weren't cold.This is a very consistent experience for me at this location: wait times that rival what you would have in a sit down restaurant and food that is unreliably fresh/cooked.

Unfortunately the 3 times I have tried to get breakfast, 1-sorry we're closed(9:30am),2- no biscuits,3- no biscuits and by herself. I love me a chicken biscuit from Hardee's. I hope they get some help soon. Bojangles don't get it as a substitute.

The food and customer service was amazing! The staff was very friendly and very pleasant! The food was extremely fresh. I do not live in Athens and took a gamble on which Hardee's to go to, and I made the right choice! Keep doing what you are doing. Good service is extremely hard to find these days and you're doing it right!??
