Unprofessional. Their breakfast is usually decent but I pulled up to the drive thru yesterday and asked for a chicken biscuit. The lady came through the speaker “a WHO?!” I drove off. I don’t know you, don’t speak to me like that. Say “I’m sorry I didn’t catch that” or literally anything else. Just reflects badly on your business if you can’t even ACT professional.

I’ve been coming to Hardee’s for breakfast since 1995. I get the same thing every time. Bacon egg and cheese combo, I remember when it was $2.11 after taxes. Well now it’s $7.55 after taxes and you get about 50cents worth of eggs, and the edges look crusty like it’s been sitting out forever. I guess it’s time to find me a new breakfast place ?

Staff is friendly except one Caucasian older lady who is rude. On another note, I love..... LOVE the Frisco burger!!! I only come to this location (Atl hwy) because Lexington Rd is a joke. I was highly disappointed in that location considering I live 5 min from there.( that's another story for another day) I don't get to Atl. Hwy often as I'd like to but when I do I am stopping at Hardee's for a Frisco burger!!!!

The staff is always friendly.Last week I had to wait for fries to be cooked. But they certainly didn't seem fresh when I got home 5 minutes later. And the burger had definitely been sitting for a while.

The girl taking orders today(around 12pm)&was at the window,She had glasses.Was the rudest person I have ever meet!!Wonder why she works if she hates making a living SO bad! 2 other cars waiting said the same thing!! My kids where even asking me was she gonna hurt their food! What a shame
