Came on a Monday night with a group. Quiet in the restaurant and the two guys behind the counter were very slow, took 30 minutes to get 2 bowls, and one was incorrect.Took another 45 minutes to get the correct plate.After tasting the first bowls I stepped out of the line.Very sad looking ingredients and service.Marinara tasted like it came out of a can, no seasoning at all. Very little meat and veggies in the broccli bowl.At least if all you make is Mac and cheese, make is right.My one regret of my life is coming here

I was really stoked to try this place but $67.00 later for 3 ppl we received barely Luke warm food. We got the buffalo mac n cheese and it barely had any sauce. 5 small pieces of chicken and we asked for no blue cheese in ours and both had it. My wife’s tasted bland and she didn’t eat but 4 bites at best. It was dead in there, the employees were playing d and d. I will say this though, the two girls working were very sweet, the problem is temps of the foods, lack of sauce and taste. Not going to be a place I’ll try again.Parking: Right next door you have parking for 40 min free

Honestly, this place is a joke. All the bad reviews are 100% correct. It is NOT worth the money.We got take out which our ordered consisted of 1 yellow cheddar grilled cheese, a buffalo blue cheese bowl, chicken parm bowl, build your own bowl with cheese sauce, meatballs & chicken. $58!The meat is so low quality I can not even express. The crispy chicken is actually a low quality frozen chicken nugget. The meatballs are like mush.Grilled cheese was burnt.The pasta & cheese reminded me of pasta from a buffet.For the price, the portion sizes are very small & there is very little protein in the bowl.For the buffalo bowl, quite literally ONE bite of blue cheese! I didn’t get the buffalo vibe at all there was so little.I had to smell every bowl to figure out which was which, because they all looked the same. Just pasta & cheese.We went here, because my kids love Mac & cheese. My 3 year old ate a few bites & even he told me he didn’t like it. Refused to eat anymore of it.Only gave 2 stars, because the establishment was clean.

All of the best comfort foods with a variety of options.I got the Buffalo Blue and Lobster Mac n Cheese, planning to take a lot home. Two different orders. Both were outstanding. Grilled cheese sandwiches looked great, with lobster as an option there too. If only they offered meat loaf it would match my Mama's and GrandMama's comfort food meal table.Great staff and service even on day one ribbon cutting with a packed house.Highly recommended. They will do dang well in this downtown Athens location.Parking: Marked spots on the street for several businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: Street parking. You can scan a code and enter a license plate for 40 minutes free parking.

I got the Buffalo Blue and Lobster Mac n Cheese, planning to take a lot home. Two different orders. Both were outstanding. Grilled cheese sandwiches looked great, with lobster as an option there too. If only they offered meat loaf it would match my Mama's and GrandMama's comfort food meal table. Great staff and service even on day one ribbon cutting with a packed house. Highly recommended. They will do dang well in this downtown Athens location.

Surprisingly delicious. This is a fast food place, at least in vibe. It’s down in those private dormitories that townies usually avoid, but we visited as one of our summer stops into studentlandia. I found it really expensive, what we usually pay for two meals and two beers at our local exactly 2 miles from this place got us a fancy combo (dish with protein, veggie n 3 mac balls, soda) n a “basic mac n cheese” - but the portions were generous. Still, this is pasta and cheese. I don’t understand why all these places where people only stand behind the counter and you bus own table think you should give them tips, but we could see that we were pretty much the only customers that afternoon, so we tipped. But really, it felt like tipping at McDonald’s so I hope the franchise owners see this review and maybe just pay their people? The floor was really dirty - maybe they were busy earlier? - and there were dead roaches in the corner. Otherwise four stars for being a really great fast food restaurant. Edited to add: do not expect anything here to look anything like the photos on Google Maps provided by the owners. This food is served in plastic and Styrofoam (“treated to be biodegradable“) like any other fast food restaurant. The cup of chocolate chip cookies would be a bag of chocolate chip cookie stuffed into a cup, for example. If you go with those expectations, you will probably also think the food is delicious but pricey.
