Went there Sunday with my family got there @ 12 was seated didn’t get acknowledged in till 10 mins of sitting there waiter finally came took our order brought us our drinks an we didn’t get our food until 1pm my food was burnt cold an no flavor at all never got a refill on our drinks at all an asked for extra butter an never received it at all I’m normally not a complainer but for $61 I would think my food would have been a little better

My wife and i used to be avid fans of this restraunt, however the last 2 times we have come, we have waited over 2 hours for our food at which point it was all ice cold and at least an hour for a simple appetizer, waitress will blatlantly ignore us

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We were sat down by the hostess, and the one server there did not acknowledge us when we were the only other table there. She continued to stand directly across from the booth we were seated at, ignoring us for literally 25 minutes until she noticed that we were leaving. It's funny how she noticed when we left so that she could clear the menus from the table before we were out of the restaurant but did not acknowledge us the entire time, nor apologize for such poor behavior. Before leaving, I complained about the waitress to the hostess. She offered to serve us, but after 25 minutes of waiting for someone to come up and offer to even take our drink order, we were over it. This restaurant needs good management and servers. It's gone downhill since the pandemic, and they are always out of the basics such as waffles, biscuits, grits, and pancakes. This is time after time of remaining loyal to this establishment. There's no reason it should always take over an hour for food to be served when there is literally NO ONE THERE. Your employees clearly don't want to work or earn a decent living.

Poor service, we waited 40 + mins to even get our order placed got our drinks but that was it waitress was in training and the other waitress took our order but ended up messing it up and they got others order placed and taken care of but was gonna have to redo what we wanted we decided to leave we ended up having to pay 10.00 for our drinks and no food just frustrated all together of having to wait.. we love ihop but we will not ever go back there again !!!!!!

How can they Expect anyone to Eat in a place that is 45 degrees! Only one person working there! No server No waitress ! We knew there was a problem at 9 am nobody was there! I wish someone would answer me! This is totally unacceptable!!!!!!

Went in to eat before Dr's appointment and first I had to get the horrible smell as soon as I walked in the door, wait time was not bad since I was the only one at the front with only about 11-13 customers already seated, I asked the young lady who came up to seat and she said it was the bathrooms, she went to the back and after waiting, and waiting a young lady came from the back to serve the young man thar was sitting directly in front of me, she looked at me and I greeted her with a smile, she rolled her eyes and I got up and left, I don't want to eat in a place where if I inquire about the cleanliness of a business, then greeted with an attitude that adds up to not trusting who and in what manner will my food will be prepared.
