The Baxter Street location is by far better than the one on Epps. They have friendly staff, the wait is always reasonable, and the pizza is good. I go out of my way to buy from this location.

Molded Chicken, Pizza, and Cheese! I’m a true witness of this. Supervisor found mold on the pizza and continued to serve customers. They did not want anyone to know that they had molded on the chicken, pizza, and old cheese in their walk-in cooler. The head manger Zondra was contacted and she did not respond back to the on-site manager about the mold or what to do the molded food. Also, I’ve had multiple stomach viruses from eat their food. Also, Zondra discriminated against me because I did not want to become a manager.She offered me a management position less then a week of being at the job. Me coming from management it take longer than a week to determine to make someone a manager. Not have witness negligent to the food but also to customers. Zondra also talks about her own employees. She have said she doesn’t think T’Aisa will be a good candidate for management of the stop because of her performance as being a closing manager. And also talks about her management time to regular employees, in a negative manner. I just wouldn’t recommend no one to even buy a pizza or let alone chicken from that place. It’s just very unbelievable. It’s a zero for me!!!

So i ordered thur Uber eats and the first 3 drivers accepted the delivery and then cancelled! 1hour after placing my order it finally came only after the 4th driver made another stop beBefore my delivery!! Really? I had already been waiting a hour! The order was cold and tasted like it had been sitting awhile. And the deep dish pizza was tiny compared to the last time I got one!!

The place was packed ad there weren't but 3 people working. People were getting upset waiting. I waited 30 minutes just to get one pizza and a crazy bread. I would have given them more stars if my crazy bread didn't come out uncooked. They did make it right....but still for that long of a wait just cook it right the first time.

Can’t make online orders and when I call they just pickup the phone and hang up because they don’t want it ringing. At this point just shut the place down. What’s the point?

The food is terrible. The prices keep going up, still cant figure out where my $5 hot-and-ready is. The lady inside at the counter gave no cares about the 8 person line and would not take our order. If you are craving lil ceasars at this place, have dinner with a raccoon instead. I wish I could yelp this place for zero stars. No thank you

So hit and miss that it just isn't worth trying. When it is good, it is very good, but when it's bad (as it was tonight) it is so bad that it's nearly inedible.Also, don't order mushrooms. The mushrooms that arrived on my large, well done, extra cheese pizza (that was large, but not well done and did not have extra cheese) tonight were very obviously canned. Canned mushrooms on a pizza. The mind boggles.I should note: this negative review should not be seen as reflecting poorly on the staff - this is very obviously a problem with management. The staff are always as helpful and professional as possible, but they just don't have the time or manpower (or access to mushrooms) to provide acceptable food. Raise your prices, hire more staff, and for the sake of all that is good and decent in the world, don't EVER default to canned mushrooms.
