Ordered and paid online. Once pizza was ready, it was not placed in "pickup location." After a time, I inquired about my pizza to find it had been ready for some time in a warming oven (not the pickup location).Myself and others were waiting for extended periods of time. None of the workers seemed concerned that customers were waiting.

Ordered my food online so it'd be ready by the time I got to the store. Arrived 20-25 minutes later and they hadn't even started making the order. There wasn't a long line or crowd of people. I've ordered online for pickup at this location twice and this has happened both times. To top it all off, the container of crazy sauce I got with my order wasn't even close to half full. I would recommend going foraging for berries or mushrooms in the woods over going to this Little Caesars.

I was told it was going to be a 15 minute wait, when I returned I was informed someone placed an order for 10 pizzas after me and it would be 30 minutes before my food was done because they put the larger order before my own order. I politely asked for a refund and the manager laughed about it.

They forgot part of my delivery order. And I had to waste time going to pick it up.

I ordered my food to be picked up at 5:45pm, the app said to show up around 6:18. I did as told after a long day and just wanted something quick to feed to my family. I check my order status and it never moved from order received. I walk in, no pizzas in the pick up station or the hot and ready station ( all advertisement stated hot and ready available from 4p-8p. The other 2 customers waiting for a person to come to the desk also were oder online. The first one was told his pizza was not started yet although he ordered 30 min prior, the second customer was told they didn't start the pizzas due to being out of pineapple and didn't know if they wanted to change it (mind you we do have contact info in our app as customers) I told the guy to just cancel mine since no pineapple and I was not about to wait. I was able to walk to my car order from PAPA JOHNS and have a pizza waiting for me in the 9 minutes it took to drive there. Lexington Little Caesars ALWAYS has the worst experience even after a DM phone call with a promise for better experiences! Shame on whomever runs they location and literally everyone needs to be fired. No emotion no empathy no apology much less any eye contact. DO NOT try to feed your babies here you'll all starve by bedtime

Never hot and ready. Never fails. After many times of them getting it wrong I stopped going and swore I’d never go back. I decided to try again tonight and wasn’t disappointed! Still no hot and ready. Will go back to not going. Fail!

I work here, I just want to say that if the food is taking 30+ minutes we’re probably going through a rush hour or there’s only two people working at the location, great food (not saying that because I work here) and the staff are very friendly and helpful and plus we have night duties to do and at 8:45 or 9:45 we put all the make line up and turn the oven off because it takes a while to get everything cleaned for the next day, so if you come in at time then we wont make anythingVegetarian options: Veggie pizza

No pizzas “hot & ready”. Ordered a pizza and it took 40 minutes. Should probably have more than 2 people working to be more efficient.

Flat out refused to make anything at 9:44pm, 16 minutes before they close, and all 3 staff members were disgustingly rude.
Alright, this has got to be one of the best Little Caesars I've ever gone to. Me and my brother went here thinking we were going to eat something bad but we were fine with it, we just wanted to eat something horrid so we could make fun of it (we do this a lot with Arby's). So we went into the store, though it was quite cramped the service was nice (even if there were only 2 people in the store that worked there). We got the pizza and brought it home and we looked at it, and thought for a Little Caesars' pizza it looked quite good. And something we never expected happened, we thought it tasted good, no not just good, it was great. (sorry got no photos)
It was amazing, we hadn't eaten there in years because it went so downhill, but we bravely tried it again with low expectations that were utterly annihilated by probably the second best pizza I've ever had, the best I will still state was that one I bought that was a take and bake from Sam's Club, excellent all the way around except the wait time was a bit long, but seeing how it was two people working at the time, it's understandable, I highly recommend this place.Parking: The parking was good, seeing how the main focus is the Walmart, most of the spots near the Little Caesars and GameStop were open.
