Honestly, why have an app when you aren't going to start the order until the customer gets there. This is the worst Little Caesars I've been to. We keep wanting it to work out, but they keep living down to expectations. And the customer service here is dire need of an overhaul.

Twisted Humor

The owners or corporate must be getting greedy. Only one person working. Waited over 30 mins for a pizza, not because I wanted to, but because after I paid, the person working never came back upfront until the pizza was ready. This place has become complete trash.

Feb 2023 Update: I wanted to update my review from a year ago. Service went from a 1 star to a 5. I was having a hard day, and my kids needed a quick and easy dinner. When I got to the drive through I was greeted by the nicest lady. Her name is Latisha, according to the receipt. She was kind and patient; even when her register wasn't working, she quickly navigated a solution. Additionally, I ordered a specialty pizza which takes a little longer to cook, and instead of holding up the line, she let me leave and come back around the drive-through to pick it up. I hope they continue to hire staff like her, as it makes a huge difference. She was efficient and kind, and after the encounter, I felt like my night was much more manageable.

How much does it cost to advertise with the NFL?I should have known better. It's close to home and the kids love it. Placed an online order for pickup at 8:33. Went to get it so it didn't sit out and get cold like other times. No worries there though. The door was locked and they shouted closed. When we told them it was an online order pickup they said "We don't do that". Earlier in the week they pulled the early close as well. Guess it'll be something new in this location soon.Vegetarian options: The deep dish veggie that we ordered looked great in the online pictures. Looking at the photos in the reviews I am glad we missed out on it.Parking: Plenty of parking since they close up whenever they feel like it.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't think it's wheelchair accessible. Probably a good thing as being in a wheelchair is punishment enough.Dietary restrictions: Fantastic for diets. As you can't get any food you will definitely lose weight trying to eat here.

We tried ordering ahead by using the app. We waited 15 to 20 minutes before going to pickup the food. Go to the drive thru, was told they haven't started our order yet and that it would be another 15 minutes. This is the 2nd time we have tried this store, both times terrible service. We will not be going back.

Horrible customer service. Latisha (cashier)is at the drive thru. We order a pizza she saids $7.27. My husband trying to make her smile hands her $8.00. She comes back hands him receipt ONLY no change. So we wait, she comes back with the pizza (dough is still RAW) may I add. And we ask for the change and she responds “we ain’t got coins!” I say you should have said that from the beginning. She saids “We got a sign exact change only” Well there was no sign, I said. “It must of fell” she saids. All this with a nasty attitude like she hates people or something. I demanded my dollar back and gave her the coins. Let your customers know UPFRONT that they need exact change before slamming the door in their face. She stared at me like she wanted to eat me. I said have a great day! Note to her: Latisha I know you hungry girl and need money but don’t be thieving customers like that. This is second encounter with this woman. Fix that ugly attitude. Go back to Popeyes

Got to the store and waited almost an hour, then got told they hadn’t even made my pizza yet. Horrible, HORRIBLE place. Go to a different location….

An hour after ordering and after the girl told me 3 different times that my order was coming up I found out that they hadn't even made my pizza. 2 people that ordered at least 30 minutes after me got their order before me. They wouldn't even check on mine just told me it was coming. Someone waiting for a door dash waited over an hour in the store and they told her to come back later. This place has gone way down hill the last couple months.
