We sat in the drive thru line seven vehicles back for thirty-five minutes without advancing. At that point the first vehicle prlaced their order. The next took five minutes and the third another five minutes. The fourth took ten minutes and the fifth and sixth took three and four respectfully. Add those up. That's the timeframe for us to get our orders placed. Add three more to calculate my overall visit to grab four burgers for $15... Not combos two Big Macks and two basic cheeseburgers. Oh, they were out of the special Big Mack buns so a substitute was offered and accepted. There was a manager and four other employees inside and I had plenty of time to record their movements inside. The drive thru did not appear to have priority. Zero stars isn't an option here. Too bad. Yes, it was not the experience McDonald's built their empire with. I wish this wasn't an isolated experience with the franchise. You must do better. This was our first time back after a year.

The site boasts a double drive-thru. It took 20 minutes to go through with only 6 cars in front of me.The person taking my order was friendly. I could hear the woman next to me in the other lane. The order taker kept telling her to pull forward so they could take the next order. There was a car in front of her.My regular Coke tasted horrible. Usually McDs has great fountain Coke. This was terrible.And my food was cold once I got it.Last food is not fast, it is no longer affordable and most of the employees could care less about polite service.

Unbelievable you have to wait and drive through with no cars for 20 minutes. I'm sitting here watching the workers they do not care at all not even a little bit there's no effort at all.. I literally washed three cars pull out of the drive-thru because of the long wait then I get to the window and the people do not care they're moving slow as they possibly can move

Took the kids here today and the staff were extremely rude. Our orders were given to other people and when we asked for the missing food. The people working there said well you should’ve come and got it. Which is weird because the self pay machines assign you a number and table topper so that they can bring the order out to you. I will be making the drive to the Royston one from now on. What makes it worse is even though we had to wait on them to remake the order it all still came out cold.
