I visited the Broad St. McDonald's for a late dinner, and made to feel like a thief. I paid for my food, sat in the line until it was time to pick up my food. The employees said my order had been handed out ten minutes before I came to the window. I had a receipt for my food but had not received my order, to which they said none of this made sense. They asked me to pull around to a parking spot. After some time, an employee approached my window and says she was prepared to give me my food but her manager ordered her not to. I left the McDonald's with no food, no refund for the $14 I paid, and made to feel as if I was trying to steal from them. I will never visit this McDonald's again.

Fries were hard, cold, & unsalted. Burger was dry. Bun was hard. And only a dab of ketchup and a dab of mustard, no pickles at all or onions which was fine because I don't like onions anyway. Very dry sandwich & overall nasty food. Employees were kind & attentive tho.

Stopped at this location for lunch but went to restroom first and so glad I did. The restroom was FILTHY. No soap, no towels. I rinsed my hands with water and dried them on my pants.Question: How do the employees who prepare and handle your food wash their hands?Answer: THEY DON’TI saw this for myself, as an employee came in, relieved himself and simply walked out- (presumably back to work) so I immediately decided there’s no way I was eating anything from this place. Bonus Tip: if the glass entrance door is nasty and covered with greasy hand prints, you shouldn’t even go in.
