I came in, ordered & payed on the kiosk. I was the only person there no one was really even coming through the drive thru either. But my food took 20 minutes I got me & my son Big Mac meals. Once we got them they were super hot with grease all in the box that was the first sign, we let them cool alittle finally going into a bite I noticed that they were microwaved or something the lettuce was even hot & super mushy, the Mac sauce was “like water” runny. Cheese was bubbly & bread and cheese got hard once it cooled down. It’s just a 0 star for me.

Welcome to the wild and wacky world of McDonald's at Oak Grove (Jefferson Rd at Lavender Rd), where the scent of adventure mixes with a hint of... "herbal essence," shall we say?As you step into this fast-food wonderland, prepare for a sensory overload. The yelling in the kitchen and the occasional booming "Shut up!" from parenting prodigies to their tiny tots create a symphony of chaos that's truly unforgettable. But wait, there's more! For your entertainment pleasure, we present the Oak Grove homeless troupe—a lively bunch whose performances range from interpretive dance to avant-garde twitching. It's dinner and a frightening show, all rolled into one mildly chaotic package. As for the food, you'll find all your McDonald's favorites, served with a side of... well, more chaos. Napkins? Condiments? Drink refills? You're better off trying to win the lottery. But hey, who needs amenities when you have the thrill of uncertainty? Now, onto the culinary delights—or shall we say, challenges? It took right at 15 minutes and the maitre d' delivered the meal to the table himself. The chicken sandwich, a supposed delicacy, resembled something that had been run over by a particularly determined car. And as for the kids' chicken nuggets? Hard enough to use as weapons in a biblical showdown—David could've easily used them to slay Goliath. But fear not, fellow adventurers, for amidst the madness, we encountered a lone warrior—a normal lady, accompanied by her son. She shared with us the grim truth: this was her third expedition into the madness of this McDonald's at Oak Grove, and alas, it was like stepping into a bizarre alternate reality every time. Her resolve was firm: she would not be returning. But fear not, for every cloud has a silver lining, or in this case, a golden arch. The highlight of our odyssey? Escaping unscathed, a triumphant victory over the odds stacked against us. As we fled the scene, we couldn't help but feel a sense of relief, knowing that we had survived the wild ride that is McDonald's at Oak Grove. So, to our fellow survivors and future intrepid explorers, heed our tale of caution and courage. And remember, sometimes the best part of an adventure is simply making it out alive.

This McDonald's was superb. Quick service, piping hot food, and the food looked like it does in the pictures. The food also tasted great.

Although it was super duper late, you would not know it because of how upbeat the employees were at the time. The lady at the cash taking window had me cracking up. And they were all very nice for it being 2:00 in the morning.

I visit here every so often and in the past month, there has definitely been an improvement. All new staff are competent and kind. Service is good, my order is always right and the wait is as expected—usually pretty quick.

The food was alright. I try to eat McDonald's as little as often. Not that it doesn't taste great but trying to do better. It's good but the food here was not as good as Gainesvilles. Could have been an odd day! Service what's good in the location is new and

Brand new McDonald’s, and the crew already could care less about serving you. Sat at the drive-through window and never got anyone to speak to me.

The app for curbside dropped me when I pulled into the curbside space again. Had to go in and tell them I was there for my order.

I bought 2 crispy chicken biscuits with cheese, 2 sausage McMuffin, 2 hash browns & 2 ice vanilla cafe. They took 30 minutes to get my order plus the manager was so rude with the rest of the customers. So unprofessional.
