Its a good dining hall, but the ambiance definitely needs some updating. Also the floors are always slippery because of grease from the hibachi grill. The pasta, mexican, and sandwich lines are all good, but the hibachi line is not my favorite. They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times and often prepare a vegetarian order in the meat section (even though they have a section on the grill specifically to avoid cross contamination)
The hibachi is great. I recommend getting fried rice w/ steak and chicken w/steak seasoning and red chili flakes. However, I don't recommend trying their cookies but definitely their icecreams. Okay - so I'm biased because I work here - but it is a great place to work and I am happy to eat 2 meals per day here. There is a large variety to choose from which keeps things from being monotonous. And I know for a fact that the staff cares for the health and welfare of the students....read full review
