Was in line waiting on food everybody that was in line after me got there food they never fix my order and had the nerve to ask my name and my order never came up I ask for a refund and got my money back no manager said they were sorry are nothing I will never eat there again very poor management employees fixing food without hair nets

I’m a regular customer and the chipotle chicken Avocado sandwich is my go to but after my last experience I’m very hesitant and unsure if I’ll return. My sandwich’s avocado was all spoiled and also the chicken was not cooked properly.

These people suck at life and are miserable. Too difficult to take five steps and get me a fresh cookie, you have to reach over the counter and hand me a pre-packaged cookie which i could have grabbed myself had I wanted one. The laziness and bad attitudes are insane here. This is the only Panera in town and it sucks. Fire everyone and start over.

I love Panera, and I don’t have anything negative to say about this location specifically. I’ve never had an order wrong, fast and efficient. However I will say if you get tuna salad on your sandwich’s, they will just slap that thang on there ? y’all didn’t have to do my sandwich like that lmaoooo or at least cut it for me But it was good ?
This location stays busy, and it's easy to understand why. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, the wait was minimal, even with many patrons, and the food, as always, was fresh and delicious. It can seem a bit pricey for a lunch/meal, but the product and value are hard to beat! I will definitely be back, and I think you should check it out as well.

Love the soups and most sandwiches...when they are actually in stock. It seems most days by 6:30pm or so they are all out of the French baguettes that come as a side, and w/o that the soups aren't half as good. I do understand they make the bread daily, which is the reason it's so good, but if you're consistently running out hours prior to closing time then maybe it's time to re-run the numbers and maybe make more. Yesterday they were completely out of Broccoli Cheddar Soup and one of their other seasonal soups before 5:30 - and they close at 9. Disappointing.I place my orders online for pickup about 90% of the time. And 98% of those times my order has items missing, sometimes it's a side of bread or chips or apple, but the majority of the time it's a component of one of the items I've ordered, namely the family order of French onion soup they will forget the cheese and/or croutons. The order of soup itself has gotten so expensive, but on top of that, I pay extra to have extra cheese & extra croutons, so it's really really frustrating to not have those. I try to check the bag but when you order a lot those small items are hard to check for without getting everything out of the bag, and since I'm usually with my little boy that's just not something I want to have to do, which is why I order online for pickup.

We had Cheddar Broccoli soup with a Turkey Club sandwich. They bread was so hard even the soup didn't soften it ? The soup was COLD very watery.....the only thing good was the sliced Turkey and sliced tomato. I have never eaten watery cheddar broccoli soup ? The service was very slow . I just can't believe the Baggett was sooooo hard and the sandwich bread was sooooo hard ! I would give this place a 0 but there isn't one ! Please, avoid this place. 33.00 for terrible food ,?
