What’s the point in getting food delivered?? We live not even 4 minutes away, and we ordered because we didn’t feel good, and what do they do…. Take over an hour to deliver !!! Then when I went up there they told me it should be being delivered at that moment, so I waited on the phone with my husband to see …. 10 min later nothing was delivered still so I went back inside and they had nothing really to say. FINALLY it was delivered an hour and a half later… I’m sorry but don’t send out a thing that states it is on the way and then an hour go by and still nothing when we are only 4 minutes away. They won’t be getting our service again.

Food is great but the cashier is so repulsive. No hi, no bye, literally not a word exchanged. Hands the food over almost throwing it to you. When I asked a question she literally just stared at me until I just walked away. Customer service is horrendous. I hope the owner finds some new staff that has some people skills. You can get away wish a crappy attitude in the back if you are just making the pizza as long as you do a good job but this chick is the face of your company. Friendliness and conversation should be part of the job description.

Ordered online for pizza to be ready at 5:30pm. Got there and the cashier said that the pizzas were not ready. I waited 20 minutes. The cashier kept asking if I was a Doordash pick up. A customer walks in and they give her 4 pizzas. Same customer walks back in and returns 2 pizzas telling the cashier that she only ordered 2 pizzas. Those 2 pizzas were mine and are now cold. No sorry or apology from the employee as she handed me the returned pizzas. The now cold pizzas were disappointing and lacked any of the creamy garlic parmesan sauce I ordered. My whole family is disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with the experience at this Pizza Hut location. Poor pizza and exterely poor service. We will not be returning to this location again or recommending this location to anyone. At the very least, this location could have remade our order instead of giving us pizzas that had gone out the door with another customer.

2nd time in a row I've ordered online for carry out here. 2nd time in a row I left without any food. 1st time, I got a confirmation that my order would be ready in 20 min. Drove 15 miles to the store and get told they are out of crust. No notification whatsoever about this until I arrived. Yesterday, I made an online order and go to pick it up as the notification said my order was ready. Got to the store and they "cannot find" my order. They offered to remake it, but I didn't have time to wait 20+ minutes for them to remake it. Had to get a refund.
If you give 0 stars for this Pizza Hut, I would have. An hour and a half and no pizza, 15 minutes on hold and no one answered, they actually just hung up. I was actually hung up two separate times, the other was by Customer Service. Do not order delivery from this company. This is the second time in six months that they never delivered the food and no one answered about what was going on. Waste of money and time

Pizza Hut on Highway 29….I never been to a Pizza Hut that is so unprofessional so unorthodox cursing want to go to the parking lot and fight each other The whole night shift is horrible. Just making pizza, the whole entire time, not washing their hands or anything. touching their hair pretty much the whole shift got on AirPods or something on their head listen to other music They didn’t mess my order one time not two times hopefully the third time they’ll get it right…..
