I don’t know what the hell this is, or why it’s in my bbq chicken bake potato. I felt sick after eating this, trying to flush it out with a lot of water but may be going to ER to see if they can tell me what this is that I have ingested..

They went from 5 stars to no stars in one visit. This was one of my go-to restaurants for good filling food and my rewards membership shows that. But last night. We had to toss all three trays of food. We ordered three of the $5 tenders special through the app for pickup in a last minute pinch. The tenders were very dry, extremely hard, and overall inedible and the fries were borderline burnt. This was older food that had been reheated or refried to reheat. I was so turned off by the food that it ruined my entire appetite for the evening after not having anything to eat since breakfast. The service was fast, but I see why when the food wasn’t freshly prepared.

Ordered online to save some time. We live about 10 min away. Said my order would be ready by 6:20 pm. Walked in their door at 6:20 and went to the register and gave them our name. Looked over at their waiting orders and they said ours wasn't ready. Waited and waited and many others came in and left while I still waited. Went back up front and ours had been there the whole time. By the time I got home the food was semi cold. Kind of disappointed. Not sure I'll go back anytime soon.

The food is good, but they have never once gotten my take-out order right. And never once sent the sauces I requested and paid extra for. The food would get a better score.
I think this could have gone better.No blue cheese or hot sauce in the bag or boxes.The ribs were a little under seasoned.The chicken fingers were either over cooked or under a heat lamp for a long time.
