The hours are wrong. I came to this subway and they're not the friendliest and either they're lying about being closed or their hours aren't updated. Closes at 11p and I went in around 9:30p.

This location is repeatedly disappointing. The staff always looks like crack heads and has attitude. The only chips available were plain Lay's. There were no cucumbers. There were several holding pans missing from the refrigerated toppings unit which resulted in insufficient cooling for the toppings. The employee said the store was low on stock because of selling so much during last football weekend. She said the truck ran today but she didn't have time to get the stock upstairs since it had only been an hour.

Terrible service. Employee wasn't listening. Had to repeat the order 3 times. No ac. Nothing but diet Coke and Cherry Coke to drink. And just wheat and honey wheat bread available

The meat had been sitting out for at least 30 min without being properly refrigerated. The drink machine only had 2 options available because no one changed out the soda boxes. The person making my sandwich was slow and had little to no experience. I had to show him how to wrap my sandwich. Get a new manager or just shut down. This place flat out sucks.

Easily the worst subway I've ever been to with regard to service. The employee seemed to have been given absolutely no training, and messed up about every part of my order that he could have possibly messed up. From when I began my order to when I checked out took almost 10 minutes.

I was really disappointed! This was the first day of class at UGA and they weren't prepare. They were out of most breads and veggie toppings before 2pm. They had new staff which was nice but not equipped to give good customer service.

Veggie patty sub made poorly. The patty was not sufficiently heated. The overall taste was way off. Tossed half the sub. Could not eat it. If I had eaten in house, I would have returned it.

Subaway on Prince Avenue got a lot more room and comfortable. Laid back and a lot more cleaner than the old location.

Yall need to tighten up your dining area needs cleaned bad your employee would rather sit on his phone than clean which honestly looks like the whole place hasnt been Deep cleaned in months someone needs to get this place fixed because this is the most disgusting subway ive been to in my life i dont know how this store got an 80 on the health score

If you could have one last meal, what would it be? After coming to this Subway, Tyler the Sandwich king prepared me a sandwich that top all other cuisines! After being failed by the Zaxby's fries portions and prices, Tyler from Subway was there to save the day! I came in asking for a meatball sandwich, but unfortunately, they ran out. But that did not stop me from craving a nice saucy meatball? No, and I came back again only to be greeted by kind Tyler. Not only did he satisfy my hunger, but he went above and beyond with his service and delivery. The meatball was nicely toasted and had the perfect ratio of toppings to the meatballs. In addition, Tyler had great communication skills, as talking with him made this Subway feel more like home! Now, if you are extremely starving one night, and all the dining halls are closed and the other restaurants aren't meeting your expectations, come to this subway and ask for Tyler! He is the true definition of service with a smile!

Just went into this store around 2:40 after downtown. William didn’t have his name tag on and I asked for it (if that’s even his name). He was so rude and was very mad to make us sandwiches. When he made it finally one of my friends also asked to get it toasted. William said “that’s fine but it’s gonna get burnt”. My friend said that is fine. So we get to checkout and the guy at checkout was so mean slamming everything. We go to sit down and he said that we have to leave because they were closing in 5 mins. From what I understand you cannot kick a customer out when you serve them. This was a horrible experience and I am so disappointed. These men need to go to McDonald’s if they don’t want to serve people downtown.
