This subway used to be awesome! We would try and pick up subway at least twice a week.We order online now to try and avoid the waiting in line…. EVERY SINGLE time we get home and they have messed up the order. I’m sorry, I understand mistakes happen every once and a while. But this absolutely ridiculous. How hard is it to read the label? I always ask for no sauces, and its just loaded up with random sauces every time. Will not be going back!!!

The manager there is not clean or respectful. When did subway start hiding the preparation of their sandwiches. An employee was picking the chicken one piece at a time to put on sandwiches. Then the manager went in the back of the store got cups to refill the stock with gloves on and did not change them and grabbed my sandwich and put lettuce on it. I said nothing bought the sandwich and gave to my dog at home. I will never eat there again. Yuck.?

Came over an hour past their opening time (10:15 am, opens 9 am) physically saw someone behind the counter but all doors were locked and they ran to the back after seeing me through the glass. Please either update your hours, or figure out a sign or something to let people know you aren’t open when you say you are.

Very hardworking staff. Normally only one person working when I go for lunch. She is always on point. Friendly and fast. Great personality and knows how to multitask better than most. If you're by Athens tech and are craving a sub, then this is the spot for you.

So yourself a favor and go to Fire House… This place can’t get it together.. Have online order app says order is ready you get there and it’s not.. You have this rough looking girl there face all broke out can’t stand still just trash. Fire House has nice dressed employees with Customer service skills.. These people that own these subways really need to have higher standards.. will not be returning Fire House will get my business…
