Ordered a foot long and a six inch and a cookie. I had coupons 6.99 and 3.99. And a free coupon for the cookie. I was gonna use my card but He said if I paid cash I could save my coupons for another time. He charged me 15.00. I asked for a receipt but said receipt was not working. I was totally scammed by him. Always make them take your coupons. My mistake but he was cheating me. Wonder if he pocketed the difference.

Walked in, both employees were sitting on their phone. When ordering, the guy kept his headphones on. Out of tomatoes, regular mayo, and most topping items were empty/ almost empty. Very overpriced for a sandwich with very little toppings. Ordered a drink, got to the machine and they were out of vitamin water, and regular coke. I love subway, but this location is awful.

Came here today with my boyfriend for a good sub. That is exactly what i got, except even better. The ladies were so nice and welcoming and made my night. They took patience building my sandwich and it came out perfect. Veggies were fresh and crispy even at the time we went, which was 30 mins before closing. Definitely will be back.

Tony is the goat! He’s the only one staffed for long periods of time and continues to be positive. The service industry is toughhhh. Lots of personalities you have to serve. This location seems harder to keep staffed… better Give Tony a raise!

I've only had good service at this location. Today the staff were extra friendly. They seemed to love their job. Got a little frazzled with the long line but I probably would be too. Definitely my favorite subway in the Athens area. I'm so happy that they have a option to tip with card. Very convenient as well.Vegetarian options: Great selection of veggies.Dietary restrictions: You choose your own sandwich.

For some reason, my subway coupon indicated it had already been used. Since it just arrived in the mail, I think the problem was the sandwich maker scanned the coupon twice and refused to honor the offer.Since Subway keeps the coupons when they are used, I believe I lost on my offer. Result: other sub shops will be getting my future business. BE WARNED!!!!

It was completely empty so I didn’t have to wait at all and the man making my sandwich was so kind and charismatic. He started playing Nobody’s Supposed to Be Here by Deborah Cox and had a very beautiful voice to accompany us sandwich making skills. Overall 10/10 subway experience, which let’s be honest, is rare! KEEP THAT MAN!!

Ive came here 3 separate times now at 12:30pm to get a meatball sub and everytime the meatballs were not prepared for the day. Each time ive came its been the same man at the counter and each time he has told me that he had meatballs in the back but they are not prepared yet and each time he has given me a rude attitude and said he had to much to do to so he can't prepare the meatballs. He acts like he doesnt want to work there and because of that has cost you sales

Absolutely SHOCKED that people treat people so poorly these days. We called first thing in the morning to place a small catering order. The Manager was helpful and assured us we could come at 5:00pm and pick up our order. We called back around at 3:00pm and spoke with the same Manager to confirm once again. All good. We show up to get our order and the Manager isn’t there. The employee there tells us he can’t make catering orders, only the Manger can. No other customers are in the store. It’s only 10 sandwiches. He refuses to make them. The Manager that confirmed our order TWICE, never shows. We had an entire group of people left hungry, since the Manager couldn’t keep his word and fulfill our order. We were left with 20 minutes to scramble and figure out another way to feed our group. DISGUSTING way to treat people.
