Hands down the best Vietnamese spot in Athens. The Pho broth is so on point and quality is beyond excellent. We love how they pay attention to smaller things like pickled cabbage on the rice plate or little fat chunks on Chicken Pho. Totally love it and would 1000% recommend.

We had the red snapper basket and scallops baskets with slaw. The snapper and scallops were over breaded and over cooked to be quite tough. The slaw was delicious. Hush puppies were bland and tough. Go here for the Vietnamese Pho which we have found to be wonderful in the past. New management does not source jumbo shrimp as in the past and their ability to cook fish and scallops leaves a lot to be desired. Service was friendly and quite proper. The ambiance is quiet and casual.

The transition from one restaurant to another has its hangups but all in all the service is really friendly and the food is good. I go often to have their shrimp pho. They're generous with the shrimp and the shrimp are really big but it's the broth that does it for me. It can be a little bit of a wait but the staff are really good about acknowledging you as you wait.

I was so impressed with this new Vietnamese spot in Athens! I went to school in Athens and didn't have many options then, but returned for a conference and was so happy to see this new restaurant. The Bún bò Huế was SO GOOD! Definitely recommend this spot for authentic Vietnamese food.
