The food was good for a sports bar, but the service was pretty poor. I'm currently still in here as I make this review, and our waitress hasn't visited our table since she dropped off the food. I had to get a ketchup bottle myself, I'm out of water, and I've been waiting for the check for 30 minutes. She also never took our menus, and I've seen her continuously visit other tables and not even look our way so we can flag her down. I'm wondering if I should tip her but I don't even know if ill get the check.

This spot has the BEST bartenders, (Madeline) note: we only hang here on any given Sunday) the wings are decidedly the crispiest and my most fav in the 49 States I’ve been…Shout out for super clean bathrooms and $2 cold, cold draughts,(clean taps and no headache next day?).Make your way here?

The Office was one of our favorite spots in Athens. We used to choose here over some of our favorites. We understand staffing is short, we understand it was a busy weekend. However, when we were there it wasn’t too busy and there were about 4 tables seated outside. I’m on crutches and a server asked where we would like to sit, we asked for outside and she said to take a seat where we were comfortable. We sat for around 10 minutes, watched a blonde server (I believe her name was Sara) wait on the four tables outside. She checked on them individually several times. We saw/heard the manager ask Sara if anyone had been over to serve us and she said “no”. After 15 minutes we asked each other what was going on. A few more minutes pass, she makes eye contact with me and I smile. She checks on the tables next to us for the fourth time and bypasses us again. My husband asked her if we could have a menu. She scoffed, shook her head and said “fine”, proceeded to laugh and shake her head. We did nothing to trigger this response from her. For as much time and money we have spent here, it was heartbreaking. We will never return. There are a lot of favorites in Athens and a lot of options. Beware of the service you may receive on a non-game day.

The place is nice and clean. The burger was burnt, and the fries were nasty. This place is run by employees and not by management. Kitchen employees are disrespectful and loud and don’t care about customers.

The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because the dude playing live music is awesome. The service is the slowest that I've ever seen...ever. The waitresses are obviously new, so I blame management. The cooks forgot to process our orders. Where is the manager? This place could be great, but the wait staff needs help, training and guidance. Food is good but dinner took 2 hours.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful Friday evening at the Office. We were served by Jen, who was funny, engaging and very friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. From the appetizer to the entrees, our meals were exceptional. We even got the opportunity to meet and talk to the chef. To top off the night, there was live entertainment and we were able to talk to the performers after they finished their set. What a fantastic establishment. We will be back and I highly recommend the Office for a great night out.

We had an issue with our order and asked for a manager and she came to our table and cussed us out. I have never been so disprespected in my life. Management (Aka Jen in this case) needs to be seriously changed. This establishment is disgusting.

All bad. All bad. We waited over an hour for CANNED drinks, and then even longer for the food. Fine, it was busy/understaffed. When we were ordering the server said all domestic pitchers were $5 so we got several. Come to find out, only one beer was $5. We asked the manager about the situation, and she proceeded to yell at us for not knowing they were a different price. And cursed at and said that if we wanted to pay $5, the server would have to cover the rest. the manager Jen was very disrespectful and rude. Horrible.
Service was ok, main meal was horrible, the most bland meat I've ever eaten, my teenage boys and I got the bacon burger, my wife got a chicken sandwich. All 4 of us said the same, bland with no flavor!I will say the loaded fries were pretty good , but nothing else. I do not recommend eating here!

The office is the place to go if you want a damn good pork chop. I ordered it thinking it was just going to be bar food. I was wrong. This pork chop slapped me right in the teeth. Only bad thing about this establishment is the menu. Needs a new display.
