The lady with the red hair and the bald red head man said we weren’t allowed to eat there because we sat and waited patiently for a table to be cleaned and then we were told to leave. These people are definitely on herion or some kinda hard drugs these two people are are the worst kinda Waffle House workers.

The food is fine but the employees bring the vibe down tremendously. They don’t greet you, and they seem bothered by the fact that people come in the restaurant to give them business. I wouldn’t recommend.

Downtown Athens, GA location. Closed at 6 pm on a Friday night! There are plenty of workers in the place but not open. It is supposed to be a 24-hour\ place! Very disappointing. #

The atmosphere downtown Athens was awesome! The food was excellent!! The waiter could have been a little more friendlier, but he was not terrible. I hate to pay for parking downtown Athens, but that Waffle House food was worth it!!

Rude, disrespectful. Line at the door, I tried to help them clean tables and they told me they didn’t need my help. Don’t eat there. This was around 11:00 pm

Waitress was so rude and short. "What do you want to drink, what do you want in it?" I was constantly seeing her mouthing, Oh My GOD when new customers came in. I think her name is Amber. She brings that location down.

This location does not live up to the Waffle House reputation. Came here last night after our friend’s wedding, four of us. They made us wait outside for 30+ minutes while they “washed dishes” but from what I could tell the workers were more interested in hanging out with each other and standing around. The place was a mess. After we were finally seated it took them 25 minutes to take our order and then another 45 to actually get our food. They brought the wrong order, so we had to wait another 15 minutes for the right orders. The food was obviously rushed and not made with any care. Bacon was burnt on the edges and still floppy and raw, couldn’t chew through the uncooked fat, hash browns were an uncooked pile of grease with a few crisps here and there, eggs were sufficient. Staff was rude and not interested in working. It would better off if this place was closed instead of hiring a team that has no interest in serving customers. Huge disappointment.

I was at Waffle House last night, and let me tell you I’ve never had better service! I had a lovely experience all thanks to no one else, but Terry. Something was in the air last night and no doubt it was Terry inspired. They should name a school at UGA after her, oh wait they already did!!! #backtobusiness

Sat down and waited for 15 minutes and still haven't been asked if I wanted a water to drink or a coke or bull pee or something...had the waitress tell me 2 times give me a minute and I'll get with you and waited for 15 minutes and "she never got with me"....pretty bad..
