Service was excellent. Young man at the register helped me navigate the app and recieve the best deals possible. Food was hot and delicious, and was delivered promptly! 5/5, will return!Edit: bathroom was clean and spacious. Toilet and urinal, great variety and options. I ordered food through the drive thru. They completely missed one of my orders and said that I had to go back through the drive thru to order the meal they didn’t get right the first time! Extremely disappointed that they couldn’t just ring up what THEY MESSED UP!
This is without a doubt the worst fast food restaurant in all of Athens. Not only is it ungodly slow, not open at times when it's supposed to be open, and rude employees, but the last time I was here they knowingly overcharged me for my food, lied, and went so far as to give me a FAKE RECEIPT stating I paid cash when I paid with a card. I checked my bank statement and sure enough I was overcharged. I went back inside to get it corrected and the staff laughed at me and walked away. Literally ignored me. A manager came out and happened to see me, refunded the over charge but was rude as hell about it and said nothing about the cashier who overcharged me laughing in the back. Ridiculous, fraudulent, and Wendy's corporate needs to shut down this location.

Ehhh ok…the pandemic is over. Open your dining room fools. Why can’t y’all just read the ticket? Asked for a chili cheese baked potato. Xtra Pecans and dressing for salad. Gets home and there’s no potato, no blue cheese on the salad, no extra pecans,No extra dressing. Like I realize this is fast food but it's not rocket science. My son drove to pick this up and didn’t think to look over the order. So now I’m sitting in this drive through for over 30 minutes to ask them to fulfill an order I paid for already. Can’t just run inside. Nope!Edit: I kid you not, there was a rock in my potato. Even my hubby was like, huh? ? Too bad I can’t add a picture.

This Wendy’s is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Their hours state online that they’re open for dine in until 9pm - which is never actually true. The door is always locked so if you’ve made a mobile order (in the hopes of saving time like I do) you are forced to wait in a line that’s out into the street. I’ve waited up to 45 min because I’ve already prepaid for my food. There’s no way anybody in there is ever actually doing their job, it’s Wendy’s. It shouldn’t take that long to put a burger in a bag. Zero stars if I could.
