BEWARE! I placed a mobile order and paid through the app, like I have many times before. Went to pick it up, sat in line only for them to tell me I had not paid. I showed the where it said clearly said “paid” and they insisted that it didn’t go through and that I had to pay right then. They clearly said I would not be charged twice, when I asked. Well of course per my cards, I was charged twice. Can’t get in touch with anyone for the customer service until Monday.UPDATES:A couple of days in. Still can’t get anyone to answer the phone.Two more days in. Still no answer to my email, and no one will answer the phone at the customer support center, or this location.Day 6, from moved the review from one star to two stars. Finally was able to get in touch with customer support VIA phone call, after calling and emailing all week. The customer support was friendly and efficient. Still should not have been this difficult to retrieve money that should never have been taken in the first place.

The reason for this rating is because I ordered the pretzel Baconator the food was great and I was enjoying my Burger until I bit on to a quarter size piece of plastic. I through it in the garbage then realized I should have took a photo of it and posted it. Other than that everything was great. I ordered the burger on Tuesday the 19th of 2024 through the drive through between 5:30pm -5:45pm.

I placed a mobile order to pick up in the dining room but when I arrived it was locked. There was a line of 10+ cars wrapped around the building and there was no way for me to cancel my order or get a refund. I contacted the company through their app asking for me to be contacted, but no one reached out.Avoid!!

Looking for evidence of a failed education system? Look no further than this wendys. Just as bad as the burger King across the street. Pay in cash and receive no receipt is questionable enough. The order is going to be far to complicated inside. No mater how you stack it. Please, thank you, isn't going to correct the astonishing disaster you are about to open. Double cheese burger no mayo or special sauce. Just plain double cheese burger, thank you. Open, one see through ring of onion, one small leaf of wilted lettuce, and a half cup of mayo... yes, a half cup. I measured it. Now, even of you wanted lettuce and onion. That is it? .. and a half cup of mayonnaise. Anyone, crying about fast food work should pay $15? Point and laugh.. it ok.. point and laugh.

Workers get paid for nothing after 10pm. Online it said drive thru hours are until 11pm. We went at 10:30pm and they said they were waiting for the truck to come because they had nothing . At least come up with a better lie.

We sat in line for like 45 minutes. Cashier was mopy couldn't move much slower. The order was correct but that was the only thing good about our meal. Hope they are just having a rough night and it's not like this often!

Pulled in and passed some employees in the parking lot around 11pm. Proceeded to drive thru and sat there and waited. I heard the group of employees break out in laughter. This was followed by the employees cranking up their 2 vehicles and speeding out of the parking lot. One can easily assume me sitting at the drive thru at the posted hours they are open, only to see them speed away must have been really funny to them. I'm sure the marijuana i smelled when I first pulled up helped them not care about me sitting there for nothing and Indeed made this hilarious to them.

I went to the drive thru for breakfast because they're never busy and wanted to give them some business so they don't end up like the closed chicken place down the street. I ordered an egg and cheese on the same bread as the sausage egg and cheese. The lady taking my order played dumb and said she didn't know what I was talking about. I suggested she look at the pictures inside so she'll see what kind of bread (I know it's not a biscuit, but I know it's not a dinner roll). Again, she plays dumb. I said, "Never mind, I'll go to McDonald's," and I did.
