Jordan and the black male there are by far the most rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with! If you can’t treat people with respect or simply want to deal with people then you need to find you another job.

I decided to try drive through here today and I am disappointed. They gave me the wrong burger, put ice in my beverages when I said no ice, got three separate orders and they placed all of them-in the same bag. When I addressed the size of my drink they acted as if they were very much unlearned so I gave them grace. When I went inside about my burger being wrong the lady with the red looking locs had a stank look on her face. I am so over these young adults not doing what they get paid to do correctly. The entire staff need to be retrained at this point. ??????????

I have never really had a bad experience at this Wendy’s. This morning I shot through to pick up a mobile order on my way to the office. When I pulled up, I was greeted in a very welcoming manner and was taken care of quickly. Margaret was extremely friendly and personable. It was refreshing to deal with such a friendly person to start out this cold, rainy morning. Thank you!

A couple days before Christmas and this place was a madhouse ...waited 15 mins to order finally paid got food ready to. Eat and the entire sandwich was clearly made days prior
Food is still great but service at this location has gone down hill.Update: Ordered for drive thru due to having my dog with me. Was told at the speaker the drive thru was down and I would have to come inside. Staff could not estimate how long of a wait it would be. While standing outside with my dog, several cars used the drive thru that was "closed" food was dead. Fries were cold, meat was old.My family stopped visiting this unit last year due to constant issues with not being open, only taking cash, poor service and cold orders. Figured the franchisee would have corrected these issues by now. I was wrong. As a franchise, they should have been through the default process of their agreement by now.

Hands down the best Wendys experience ever! Food was piping hot. The drive thru was super busy but fast! The employee almost dropped our bag of food out the window and her and my husband treated it like a sport and fist bumped! Seriously keep up the momentum! It was superb!!!
