I had an experience here 15 years ago , I really liked it and I thought this year, I'll replicate the experience. To my amazement, it was just as dtrlaran experience like I had 25 years back!!! I gathered it's closing soon after 26 years, I hope you reconsider!
This is one of the best meals you can have in Atlanta. It was the first South African restaurant to ever open in the United States....Only downfall is it's a shame the owner isn't committed to keeping the restaurant alive and thriving. Incredible staff working hard to do everything they can to keep it functioning. Absolute must go.

Was there with 2 friends..we all South African definetly the closest to South African cuisine as it can get,we enjoyed everything!! Soo much flavour really a taste of home. Thanks to the whole team
We've been coming here for over 14 years. We were disappointed with the service yesterday. Hope it's a one-time deal. We were offered a dessert as a sorry for the small mistake the server made.. but refused to give us the dessert we actually wanted (lava cake) - the only dessert we ever get. The price difference was only two dollars. We were not expecting a comp dessert - the mistake was an honest mistake and did not really impact us much. the disappointment was all with how we were treated throughout the night. I hope the owners pay attention to the team. We love 10 degrees south and truly hope this doesn't happen to other clients. We'd love to see you stay open for a very long time!

We went to 10 degrees because we have seen it’s name in many lists. The service was alright, not good nor bad. The atmosphere was the best part of the restaurant. We were extremely disappointed in the food especially for the price point. The rice lacked any kind of flavor. And the chicken dishes we had were salty. Wine recommendation was great.

Terribly understaffed. Waiter (Zoey) was ood when finally able to help but overall gives a “on its last legs” vibe. They need to pay to get enough staff. Place is not cheap but feels little ke owners are. Need an energetic host and more staff. Bartender was great!!

It was ok. Nothing spectacular. If your wide palate craves for more spices and flavors, this is not the restaurant for you. When the wait staff describes their own dishes as "nothing special," it was just exactly that.

We ate here for our 10th anniversary but we were not impressed. The best items were the appetizers we got (Bobotie rolls and Chicken Livers). For our meal I had the Durban Curry but it was just too many flavors for me. My husband had the fish and it was fine but under flavored. They needed take some of the flavors from the Curry and add them to the fish. Our wait staff was also a little slow and inattentive. We told them it was our 10th anniversary and I wrote it in the details under the reservation and no one even said “Happy Anniversary.” The decor and ambience are great but I just didn't love the food or the service.

The food was decent, but not worth the price. Very displeased with the service because I spent over $300 here and was asked to leave RIGHT after I finished my last glass wine. I was very offended and felt extremely rushed and they didn’t close for over an hour. Have came here plenty of times and never felt treated in this manner. I don’t plan on coming back here, there’s no reason to treat someone like that.

Loved all the food. Calamari and cucumber salad starters, curries and flan. Complimentary glasses of champagne for our anniversary was a nice festive touch. Nice selection of wines, including various South African wines. Service was great.
Definitely a different experience, from the Velvet parking to the service everything was excellent!! Our waitress was great it was her first service and she did an amazing job, I was not aware of the spice of the food and the staff did a wonderful job of accommodating me!!

My wife and I decided to come here for our anniversary dinner. From the time we arrived, the service and the ambiance was immaculate. The drinks were good, the food was amazing and the service was even better. We will definitely be returning.

This was our second time dinning here and our second experience was just as good as our first. This time we were celebrating my wife birthday. The staff was friendly and our waitress was great. The food was well seasoned and the portions were generous. Great experience.
