Their latte possibly one of the best in town.

One of the best flat whites that I've had in the USA. A brilliant breakfast sandwich too! Lots of seating outside, but it would be hard to just hangout and connect. Excellent coffee!!

Best iced coffee I've had in my entire life (The Stuntman). The chai latte was also delicious, wonderfully layered flavors and foamed to perfection (The Tilly Tilly). Me and my friends were baffled how good the drinks

Awesome unique latte, super smooth and the espresso itself was good. The barista was super helpful and kind :)Some indoor working space/ table would have been nice for a longer stay. All in all, good coffee, and experience, thanks!

Very good, delicious coffee but the customer service at the register was what brought down the number of stars.

Ordered a seasonal drink off the specials menu. Barista decided he wasn’t satisfied with his work and remade the drink at no charge. Pleasant, helpful and delicious seasonal coffee drinks.

The photos showed the cafe had indoor tables and chairs to sit at; however, we were surprised to only see that there were outdoor seating. Additionally, the parking is only for 10 minutes, but you can park on a nearby street for free. The Cortados were bitter and could have used more milk foam.

Best cappuccino in Atlanta, no question. Maybe even better than perfect. Other coffee shops have come close but none with the same level of consistency as Academy. The baristas are all really friendly, too. Probably because they have nothing to prove. "Easy lies the head that wears the crown" type beat. Tap in.

Very minimalist, modern, and pared down coffee spot! I would never have thought to order their breakfast sandwich, but my wife and her best friend HIGHLY recommended. I got the vegan patty and it was SO good! So flavorful! It was a soft, buttery bun and a red/pink patty. It wasn't crispy but every bite was SO full of flavor (no extra condiments needed). It was luxurious and such a treat for a lover of savory foods! They make a much better (and more unique) latte than Perc down the street. If you're looking for a specialty coffee drink, I would recommend Academy.

A coffee shop that gives you that hipster cool and your friendly community/neighborhood coffee place feels at the same time. Simple menu. Would recommend the hot latte that's strong, smooth and finished clean and beautifully. The cold brew is average but glad that it's on the menu.

I can't believe I have been in Atl and live near Ava highland enough and haven't checked out this cafe. They have a great curated coffee and tea mocktail-ish drinksThat are pretty unique. Also it's located with kinship butcher shop so you can also grab bfast or lunch too. They have minimal seating inside but outdoor seating on the sidewalk is great to watch the world go by. Will definitely revisit

Oh Academy, I love you so much! The shop, the food, the coffee, the staff, the location. On a recent, longer-than-usual stay, I came across Academy Coffee on Yelp. My latte & sausage breakfast sandwich was so good, I ended up coming back the next morning & having the same latte & switched up to the bacon breakfast sandwich. So good! The shop is so cute AND has its very own butcher shop! A little bit of seating inside the shop, with chairs & tables outside of the storefront. Street parking. Interesting & fun menu of food & drinks! Friendly staff. Reasonable prices.

One of our favorite places in Atlanta. They have a butcher shop in the back that makes really delicious sandwiches (our favorite is the Gator Belt). They make the most delicious and creative coffee drinks. They also have an awesome wine selection and the vibe, staff is amazing. A must visit if you're in Atlanta.
