I asked for soy and duck sauce for my customer and the lady wouldn't even let me finish my question and just interrupted me and said "its what's in the bag, only what comes in the bag" then the 2nd employee was the one to check the rack for my order that had been sitting there the entire time. Avoid!!!

Where do you even *find* chicken wings this small? The wings were soggy and flabby, the fries soggy and damp. The Buffalo sauce was fine. Otherwise, bad ingredients poorly prepared. Won't be back.

I walked in to place a to go order and was left in disbelief. All three employees including the cashier was standing in the small kitchen space eating food with their bare hands, one of the guys, put his food down and proceeded to start preparing the order of a customer. I couldn’t believe how all three were touching their mouths and eating while touching things in the kitchen being prepared for others. I stood in astonishment and turned around to o walk out.

So this place looks dirty, the cashier looked like she had a attitude and didn't speak loud enough for me to even hear her, and it sounds like they be arguing in the back. But I have to say, the food is delicious. Everytime I go I order 10 piece BBQ, fries and a sprite with blue cheese for $13.60. The food is oh so good. I love this place and I always go when I have the chance! It's not the best place but the food is really good!!

This only gets 1star because there was no lower rating I could give it to get on the platform. A Staff of 4 people were there behind the counter when entered the restaurant one of whom had just walked behind the counter from outside. I was immediately taken aback by all the horse play going on between the staff behind the counter. At one point, the cook was on the floor while others simulated attacking him. I made my order paid and waited as I thought the climate would change. Arguments pursued among the staff about who was going to do what task with all the expletive language included. At one point a fifth person appeared behind the counter whom I assumed was upper manager or the owner. The arguing continued as one employee was heard saying that she was not making no sandwich and “ I’m a saying this in front of Kim.” Kim walks out with bag of trash not to be seen again by me. By this time twenty minutes have lapse, although it seemed like a never ending nightmare. At this point I requested a full refund and refused the sandwich which was already made; I’m still waiting on the rest of the order. Who appears but the manager on duty. One of the 4. He fumblers at the register and proceeds to give me a voided receipt for my purchase. As I give my reason and complained about what I had seen, my argument was countered with more nonsense. As I checked my funds account, I see where I was still charged. I plan to appeal this through my bank. Never again will I go here.

One of the worst American deli locations that I’ve ever been to.When I walked in to order my food, the staff were arguing backAnd forth. One of the cooks was outside, dressed in hoochie daddy shorts walked back in to cook my food, did wash his hands. Like I wasn’t even aware that he worked there. And His little sister, she had to be 10 just hanging out in the kitchen while he was cooking my food. This place is ratchet and disgusting. I will never return here.

One of the best American Deli spots in East Atlanta. Their wing flavors are on point and not too small. Cool, laid back staff.. always give me 2 RANCH with my 10 piece. Y'all gotta try their honey hot with lemon pepper sprinkles. Never too long of a line and it's right next to Kroger if u need to grab something while u wait for your wings. A1 Chicken fried rice too.Parking: Huge parking lot. Basically it's Kroger's parking. Inside a plaza with multiple storesKid-friendliness: Kid friendly environment

First of all, the countertops are sticky and dirty. They have not been wiped down. The floor was a little bit better, but not by much. The area where they keep the tomatoes and salad helpings were open and everything in there was old looking and dry out. The place was filthy. There is no way I or any paton of American Deli should even go in to that place, much less eat any food out of it. The staff is just as dirty as the inside. When I told the crazy looking lady at the register my concern, she started making crazy animal noises at me and the other 2 employees joined her. I know you have a camera, you need to look at who you have running your business down. I wish you no success.

I paid for 30 wings. They gave me 21. I didn't count until I got home. I've called them 10 times no one is answering the phone. I still have my receipt. I'd like this remedied. I'll change my review if it is. If someone can contact me back that would be great.I'll keep trying to call.So disappointed because my boys eat a lot and now theres a wing fight in my house. ??

OMG!! This establishment is horrible. I went in for a Philly & Steak. The cashier asked the cook if he want to turn the grill back on. He said, only if I give him a tip. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like that. This place deserves a 0.
