Just left this location:1st of all they close at 8:30p vs 9 pm …I ordered in time, Sat & waited aprox 10 minutes - wings were hot but soft like they had been baked or even boiled. I asked the cashier if they could drop them back in the grease, cashier stated that’s how they are cooked unless you ask for extra crispy. I responded that I would expect them to be regular crispy at least,cashier said they were closed it was aprox 8:28p - ppl that had walked in - they also told them they were closed…I didn’t like the texture and I also couldn’t trust that they were cooked to proper temperature. Cashier said they couldn’t , also cook had walked up and I asked him and he just looked at me and walked off …cool. Refund - 1st and last time - plus they don’t have Phillies and salads Also watched the cashier get curved after he or she tried to “hollla” at the lady patron ? Better luck next time - focus on better customer service instead of trying to get patron’s phone numbers…As an ATL native - decades of American Deli - easily the worst one! Still baffled that they don’t sell Phillies & salads! Change the name

I ordered a hamburger and was not aware that ketchup is automatically put on the bun. I asked could I get another bottom bun because it had ketchup on it, told them I’d just wipe it off the hamburger. The cook said no you should have said no ketchup, I explained most places leave the bun plain or ask if you want …he still refused to give me a bun, so I asked for a refund! The cashier was very apologetic and understood that a half a bun wasn’t worth losing a whole sale! The cook even told me to call the number on the wall and report him cause he didn’t care. Lost a customer over half a bun!

I have been a patron of this business as long as its been opened, the customer service was great in the beginning, months ago the person on the register changed to the black lady with a lot of attitude that doesn't give a second to look the menu all while sitting yelling and screaming, on her personal cell, I continue to eat there because is better here but....Next in the recent months the black guy with dreads is not it, he doesn't speak, has an attitude and doesn't speak clearly. My food was sitting next to him, how I know I was the only person in the establishment, he didn't call my number until someone walked in the door he didnt bag my food. Just passed my food to me. Food was terrible that day. I'm done with this placeParking: Sometimes, when the lot is full because of the club next door, parking is available across the street at Kroger

Man. I love American Deli. It’s easily my favorite wing place in Atlanta. This location though? I live right around the corner and would rather get in my car and drive to another one than walk in here most of the time. The heavy set black lady who is usually there really has no type of customer service. Just rude and nasty, always. Almost every time I come here she is getting into an argument with a customer. If you have a question, she will get nasty with you in her typical passive aggressive manner. Her getting out of her chair to take your order is such an inconvenience to her time. Funny thing is most complaints about this location revolve around her, I don’t know how she’s employed.The food though? On point, always. The cooks in the back are back there cooking up magic every time. 10 star food, negative 10 stars for customer service.

Customer service was okay, not the best. The food was horrible, I ordered shrimp fried rice with 5 piece wet lemon pepper wings. The rice had no flavor blandest rice I've ever had in my life. They drowned my wings with the sauce. Food was awful , waste of 15 dollars. This experience makes me not want to go to any other American deli ever again that's how bad it was.
