Another broken egg cafe is typically one of my family’s favorite restaurants to eat at, but after my experience today-I will never choose to eat at this location again.We were waitlisted, which was expected, due to it being Mother’s Day. Once we were seated, we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. We ordered food once our drinks came, and we sat for an hour and 15 minutes before our food arrived. In between our food arriving, they did bring us a half order of beignets (we ordered a full), and our waitress said she would bring the second half. Tables around us continued to receive full orders of beignets while we waited on our second half (it still did not arrive until we had to ask for it after our food arrived). Guests continued to pour in around us, and we were not checked on even once by our waitress. We had to get the manager out before our food came, and even she asked “do you still want your food?”. We received no apology for the delay. We were not offered refills on drinks and only received refills at the end of our meal when we asked for them.The food was sub par-eggs Benedict arrived cold and so did the potatoes.All around, horrible experience. Will not return and would not recommend.

Busy and bustling, I had the crab cakes and grits w/ a side of blueberry and feta pancakes. The Crab cakes could have been prepared a bit more firm. But the food was pretty good 3.3/5 The pancakes were Delicious! I should have ordered the fruit waffles and eggs and bacon. Very rich food. My cousin had the City Grits and shrimp and didn't leave a crumb! Good service tho..So I'd go back when I'm n the A. Enjoy!
