I’d love to rate the food higher, but after sitting for 90 minutes without food, after placing our order, we left. Our server apologize several times saying the kitchen was ‘crazy’. He mentioned that one table was comped and another almost walked out. And based on previous reviews this isn’t new.At 90 min I’d have expected the manager to come out to say something, but no.And just to clarify, only about a third of the restaurant was seated. It wasn’t busy. It’s not like they were busy nor was there a line out the door.We go to the Broken Egg in Dunwoody and they’re great. Perfect service. Great food. This location is abysmal. Stay away.

Idk who was in the kitchen this time but I've never had cream cheese with my Smoked Salmon Benedict. I mean it was good but you guys didn't have any of that hollandaise sauce?!

This place is fantastic. The space is well decorated and cozy. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and it is clear they love their jobs. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast, aim for earlier as it does get busy.

Overall, the food at this brunch spot is great, and the quantities are good. But both times my girlfriend and I have eaten here the service has been terrible. On a more positive note, with the exception of one rude male employee, everybody who works here is super friendly. The big issue with the service for me is the wait times for the food. The first time we ate here, the food took 2 hours to arrive bc the kitchen lost our order ticket and the second time the food took over 1 hour to arrive, which is frankly unacceptable....

Highly recommend visiting, wonderful brunch place with wonderful people!I went in on a weekday because I know most brunch places get busy on the weekends. The place was very clean, peaceful ambience and plenty of room at tables. Definitely family-friendly as there were many big tables around and I saw a handful of families with children eating.My host Ryan sat me down very quickly and was very warm and lovely to talk to. I briefly got to talk to a manager, Keischa, who happened to be at the counter and she was very kind. My server Rachel was also very sweet and communicative!I ordered the Lobster and Brie Omelette, an Iced Caramel Cold Brew with almond milk, and got some Beignets with honey jam. Portions were great and it was all delicious. The beignets were warm and soft, and the omelette was sizable and delicious, if you are a fan of Brie Cheese i would highly recommend it!(Sorry for the bites taken out of it in the photo, I dug in before taking the picture!)

If you are reading this, you’re probably trying to decide if you should go here. YES the answer is YES! We decided to check this place out and everything was wonderful, the food and the service were ten out of ten! We had the habanero hash, shrimp and grits, and the cinnamon roll pancakes. We loved the food so much we ordered takeout for the next day and it was still amazing! We could go on and on about this place but you need to stop reading and go eat! ?
I loved this establishment! This was my 1st time going here and from the moment I hit the door customer service was awesome. Because I am blind the place felt like it had a good ambience, I ordered The 2 eggs special with biscuit, potatoes and bacon. I was very happy with the size and portions that came out. My friend that was with me ordered shrimp and grits and she was very happy with the fortunes they gave also. I will be headed to the Orlando area and I'm looking forward to continuing the experience of ordering the many items this place has to offer, So if anyone is ever hungry and is looking for something better than Denny's and ihop I believe this place will have something for you. Also on the side note The place felt clean, so there weren't any sticky tables or sticky floors also on that note the place did not smell of mop water or alcohol. Which If Always a plus in my book.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess, which was nice. Angel, our waiter, was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Wonderful customer service all around.The food was delicious and the portions were extremely generous - neither of us were able to finish our food. AThe restaurant is very clean and new, the menus were clean/wipes down, and the bathrooms were clean.

After reading the reviews we figured this would be a nice spot to try for brunch. We were surprised to find the wait was only 15 minutes but that is the only good thing about our experience today. We sat and ordered after looking over the menu. The drink came out relatively quickly, but we waited for 45 minutes for our food to come out while other tables who sat after us got their food. We asked our server after waiting 45 where our food was and she left to check. We were disappointed with the food considering we had waited so long. We also made no alterations to our orders and ordered a Belgian waffle combo, chicken and waffles and country potatoes. The food was average compared to other alternatives available in Atlanta. Please note: the restaurant was not seated to capacity and there was no line out the door for seating. Had our server let us know the food was going to take a minute to come out we would have completely understood. To be left in the dark for 45 minutes and then having to ask our server about our food is unacceptable. After our experience today, I would not recommend this place.
