Sooo, I’m at Arby’s right now, and I’m taking advantage of the weekly free sandwich deal Arby’s have on their app. I ordered a half pound Beef and Cheddar sandwich and Large strawberry lemonade drink. I go inside to get my food, Firstly, the vibe in the store was off. The lady that was at the counter didn’t greet me and looked at me like I was just standing around for nothing. lol when she gave me my drink, I was shocked. This so called “large” cup looks like a small size cup from McDonald’s. There’s nothing large about it. Secondly, I get my food, come to the car to check it and I’m just appalled. This 1/2 pound beef and cheddar sandwich looks like the regular size beef and cheddar. I went inside again, and once again I’m standing there literally looking at 2 associates staring me down, after the 2 minutes awkward stare, the girl with glasses and Afro finally says something. I’m asking questions about this scam of a sandwich and she says, it’s measured on a scale and confirms that my sandwich is 1/2 pounds. I haven’t had Arbys in yearsssss, but today would definitely be my last. I remember 1/2 pound sandwiches coming in foil paper or the plastic containers cause they were so huge and heavy. The sandwich is lukewarm and cheese looks yuck…hopefully the warmth of the microwave will bring it back to life…Idc how many free coupons Arbys offer, I won’t be back. And also, giving that this Arbys is on North Druid AKA “the white side” of town, service should have been ChikfilA standard.EDIT: I added a picture of the half pound sandwich I ordered off the app, that I thought I was getting versus the sandwich I actually gotten. Y’all did me dirty btw

Been here several times and every time the customer service was incredibly poor. When you pull up to the drive through, no one says anything, sometimes for several minutes. They are very hostile and rude, as if you somehow offended them by being there.Wait times are beyond absurd. Even with no one in line, or only 1 person ahead of you, they will have you waiting 10 - 20 minutes for a simple order. They are always rude and snappy at the window, and always scowling. They practically throw the food at you then slam window shut.I have also had multiple occasions where they lied and said they're closed, even though the signs clearly indicate otherwise.Maybe the day shift is more competent. The night shift staff are nasty and mean, maybe the worst customer service in my entire life.

I get that Arby's isn't really known for being glamorous. They're a fast choice with decent food, and you usually just hope for mildly clean bathrooms, an open table, and helpful employees who don't seem annoyed when you order your weight in jalapeno poppers (that apparently aren't called that anymore? Since when?!) and the curly fries you aren't even sure if you like.But this location seems to be filled with the nicest staff of any I've ever been in! Whatever time I've been in over the years, it just seems like the staff are having a good day and are happy to joke with you while they take your order. I went in a few weeks ago with my best friend and my parents, and it was just a great experience. Helpful staff, a short wait for hot food, clean bathrooms (although as always, I do wish the hand dryer wasn't so dang loud in the echo-y bathroom), and every food was exactly as we expected it to be when we ordered - plus we were given a mountain of sauces by the lovely staff. :)Whatever they've got going on at this location, I like it! It's always a good experience, and makes me recommend them pretty highly.Oh, and don't sleep on the roast turkey, ranch, and bacon sandwich. Pretty sure it's the sandwich all sandwiches were created in pursuit of. ? Subway who?

The smell of grease hit me as soon as I opened the door! :PI placed my order online while sitting in the parking lot! By the time I came out of the restroom, it was ready and sitting in the pickup area at the counter!I walked to the counter, saw my name, grabbed my order, and left!No words or greetings were ever spoken! No one addressed me or asked me to show proof that the order was mine! Once again, no words were spoken!I remember thinking that anyone could walk in, grab whatever was sitting there, and leave!All you have to do is act like you know what you're doing!I ordered the fish sandwich plain and the regular roast beef sandwich plain as well!The fish was big and crispy and heated up really well in my convection oven!But it had very little flavor! Every now and then, I would pick up a hint of a fishy taste, but that was a bland experience!I ate the roast beef the next day for lunch! I took it off of the bun it was on and put it on some sourdough bread with some spicy brown mustard and a slice or horseradish cheese!OMG, it was the best!But then again, the roast beef is what put them on the map!It would be nice if they adopted a sourdough bun just to take it to the next level!Maybe one day they will!#arbys
