The parking situation is terrible. Avoid.

Beware of predatory parking practices. My family parked for 10 mins to pick out a Christmas tree on a Sunday. Being that it was Sunday and that we wouldn't be there for a full hour we did not pay. Our mistake didn't realize the greedy landlord was a total unrelenting grinch. Our car was booted and we ended up having to pay $75 for 10 mins to park. It takes special and awful people to employ such parking practices. Hope your hearts grow bigger in size before karma catches up.

Do not rent here. Lincoln Properties should be ashamed to have this in their portfolio. The things that go into the rent and fees (which continually rise) are not provided, and when they are missing for months and months at a time, no compensation is offered by Lincoln Properties. When things like refunds for parking spots are even discussed, the leasing office refuses to respond to emails or in person conversations, and always says "there's nothing we can do"Only positive about the apartment is the appliances in the units themselves and the maintenance staff which help with things like the wasps nests outside of apartments and when large kitchen appliances like an oven break..Leasing office asks for donations for silly events like field days. Meanwhile, the items that the property actually needs funding for go unfixed. Gates are broken more often than not, for extremely long stretches of time (sometimes upwards of months). Resident parking is paid for in fees, and there is no free guest parking available. So, the result is that all guests (and brewery and concert attendees) use up all the resident parking. There are car break ins regularly, but the leasing office continually says "the gates being closed probably wouldn't have helped anyway". The security that is employed by the leasing office does nothing to make the property feel safer. Weekly, we receive notifications from the leasing office that the gates will be replaced and that cameras will be installed to prevent thefts and assist in claims. Despite this communication for 6+ months, nothing has changed. There have been shootings in the apartment complex, but no information was ever provided by the leasing office about the conclusion of the investigation.Pool has been closed for half the summer because the property had been incapable of bringing it up to code. When asked why more action isn't taken to bring this paid for amenity up to code, the leasing office instead blames residents. The pool was finally opened on July 14th.Regularly, pet owners in the community leave puddles of pee and smears of poop in the elevator and in the carpets. These sometimes go a week without being cleaned by the apartment. The common areas and parking spots that are paid for are not provided, and the management here is unbelievably incommunicative, rude, and unhelpful. Do not rent here.

$25 to park for a show at the Eastern. The depth of their greed is bottomless. There's a reason so many spaces are empty and available for lease here.

I don't live here. My boyfriend does. And praise the lord I don't. The gates are always broken. Cars have been broken into-his being one of them. No one paid for his broken window--when he pays for his parking. The halls are always messy. I have never once seen a cleaning service or cleaning crew present. The maintenance team, when they have been needed, have been quick and done a great job. (Needed the water pressure increased on a sink and the water temp increased on the shower). You have to walk through the doorway of a stairwell from the parking deck and it smells like urine. I think they must have cleaned it once, but the smell is back, if not urine, something else that smells horrible. The location is good to walk to really anywhere but the complex as a whole seems like they are trying to get it together but it's not "together" yet. The complete leasing office staff changed and the manger of the leasing office also had her car broken into and there was talk that the gates and security would be updated because of all the break ins--but nothing had changed. They have a security guard that parks by the gates but I've seen the guard asleep in their car when I've left early in morning. People party late and we would file noise complaints if we had the energy to deal with it at 1 in the morning. Cannot wait for him to move out of here. Pretty expensive for a crappy place.

Super convenient parking lot!

Atlanta Dairies is probably the least interesting of the latter-day malls along the Eastside Beltline. It's poorly laid out and not welcoming to visitors. Parking is fairly expensive and there isn't much to do in the actual development. The Eastern is a great music venue, though.

Have visited friends here for years and just had quite possibly the worst leasing office experience I’ve ever had in Atlanta. We came to check on a package in what looks like such a unorganized system and the lady here basically told us she doesn’t care who or what the package is about that they don’t talk to us past close. As she’s talking to us through the glass past close. That’s honestly the weirdest randomly aggressive reaction for anything I’ve ever seen after being asked a simple question. If that’s how they run things here I’d never risk my sanity moving here or hope none of my other friends do the same. Hope the ones whom I visited leave after this lease because that was insane **** relatively tall black woman who had hair in a bun with a polka dot top and red dress*** just so you guys know who to avoid.

There is hardly anything to do there. The few nice stores there are hard to find. In fact the whole place is hard to find, nowhere to park without being charged $5 an hour.

My friend said there should be a milk restaurant here and I fully support it. Other than than, cool to see what this place has turned into over the past few years and happy to see it being revived

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! My boyfriend lived here for 2 years and I spent a LOT of time in this building. As soon as management changed in 2021, everything went downhill. There is no upkeep. There is no security. Everything smells. Management does not care to put the money or time into any of the known problems. They will do nothing to help you if you have an issue. My boyfriend's car was broken into a few months back while parked inside the gated garage, directly outside the door to get in the hallway. More recently, his catalytic converter was literally cut out from underneath his truck, and he wasn't the only one that happened to! There are frequent reports of people with guns and have been actual shootings in the hallway. The apartments themselves are nice, but nothing is maintained and you will not be safe living here. Lastly, the garage gate is broken 80% of the time and they won't pay to replace it. Hope you don't drive a nice car! Also, the peloton bike (which was a great feature for me!) has been broken for 6 months. Overpriced. Unsafe. Stinky. AVOID THIS BUILDING AT ALL COSTS.

This place is terrible. From management all the way to maintenance this place is awful. I have lived here for two years now. In that time there has been a shooting that this company swept under the table and never addressed. Multiple car break ins. Theft all over. Domestic abuse. And much much more. When it comes to how they deal with it here? They simply say we understand. The gate to the garage that you have to pay $60 a month for is constantly broken and takes months to fix. When a maintenance request is put in there are simply no replies. The dog run is over run with p*** and smells so bad most dogs won't go in. My car was broken into and then not two months later the Catalytic converter was stolen. When confronted about these issues they simply do not address the lack of security. They put a security vehicle out front now but no one is in it and the security guy works a day job and never is actually on call. Please I implore anyone looking to live here to choose a different place. Save yourself the trouble you'll thank me later.
