I’ve never was so prompt to write such a disgusting review barely 5 minutes ago (approximately 1:20- transaction was 1:15pm). I walked up to counter & was pleased to see no line but my feelings quickly changed after ordering an original pretzel. I was surprised to see the bill was over $8 but thought maybe airport cost are sometimes higher. After opening bag I saw nuggets were in bag. I then said to Octavia (based on receipt) that it was a pretzel I wanted. She then called manager asking for correction accusing me asking for nuggets. I then said that I never asked for nuggets; I never do. She continued to accuse me. She was beyond rude! I could go on with one of the worst experience, including stale pretzels with no requested mustard, but I’ll stop here only adding that it explains why the poor ratings & similar experiences noted!

Trash place to stop at, employee was super rude, was standing in front of the register for about 6 min with no line, note in this Time of me standing I was not even greeted or told will be with u shortly, once a employee came to attend me, she said “I’m listening”, IPlaced my order and asked for cheese please and she threw it in my bad? I went to Aunti Anne's at Atl Airport next to B23. First, instead of them stating to customers that they were having technical difficulties...it was immediately before actually getting into the line the Manager was extremely RUDE yelling, "we only excepting dollars and it must be exact change!" I know the Airport provide jobs for people in the community but this is an international Airport that have multiple nationalities coming in and out of it. The ethic the people from this community shows is embarrassing!!!

This is by far the worst run store in the airport. The food is usually good, but the workers are sketchy. Always trying to overcharge you. Always trying to give you something you didn't order, then getting mad when you tell them. Also heard one say today that anytime they have a certificate from an airlines for food, charge the entire cost of the certificate even if the total doesn't come up to that amount.

Hit or miss....mostly miss due to the rude staff. They seriously need to learn how to talk to customers and take some classes or something. Overpriced, greasy and lukewarm bread isn't worth putting up with their employees.

They went out of the way to prepare and order for me. It's airport food but it was the first thing I'd had all day and with a little mustard and while still hot it was good.
