The fat girl behind the counter is a slob and really is going nowhere in life. This worthless girl was on her phone and just said not taking orders. Then left to talk to another cashier and look at TikTok. Never served anyone in over an hour. All the reviews are right. This place is trash, service is horrible. How is stays open is beyond me?

We have been sitting at gate c15 directly across from Auntie Ann’s for more than two hours now hoping to get a pretzel or bites before we board. They have no had anything to offer except drinks . The lady before the one here now was extremely rude letting folks know they didn’t have anything to offer and the current had been holding the counter up for the past two hours. Kudos to the company for having enough money to pay people to stand at locations all day with nothing to do or sell. Very disappointed long time Auntie Anne’s customer!
