Kiosk is a good idea, but there were a couple people in line and the girl at the counter was more interested In here phone. Bites were not good, I ordered bites and told her there was no cheese option she said I give you I asked for another and offered to pay, she looked right at me, rolled her eyes, and sighed while giving it to me. Good service is so rare these days, until people realize this, they will never advance in life.

Convenient and fast. Staff was friendly and the line was short. Great in a pinch between flights as many restaurants have long lines in Atlanta. Popeyes is a better option for breakfast sandwich if you have time to wait in line. Bagel exterior was a bit dry and chewy. Otherwise it was hot, cheese melted, bacon is not crispy. Decent grab and go at affordable prices.

Quality of the mini pretzel bites are horrendous!! Very unlike Auntie Anne’s. No care was taken by your associates at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport, Terminal B, to provide the quality and care for delivering exceptional food from Auntie Anne’s. I wasted $7.55 for this, every mini pretzel dog was burnt and not prepared correctly.

Bought the pretzel bites with cheese and drink combo and I didn't receive my cheese. When I asked for it the lady told me that cheese is an extra $1 but yet cheese comes with my pretzel. She set my food down next to the register and yelled for the next customer resulting in me having to grab it from next to the register and she told me "sir don't reach for the register" .Complete horrible service and the drink was watered down like they didn't replace the syrup in the fountain drink machine.
