Quickly realized why there wasn't a line. I was never recognized by front line staff. Probably because he was too busy talking smack about customers asking for add ons once they were at the register and not asking when they were apparently supposed to.How would customers be expected to know the deal when no one even acknowledged their presence? I have had a variety of less than stellar experiences in the ATL Airport over the past several years, but this was the worst of them all.

Employee was too busy texting to assist me. Another employee stepped up to help me. Despite getting extras, the chicken burrito was tasteless. The burrito also was mostly rice--apparently the other ingredients were being rationed despite it being within minutes of closing time. Bad service, tasteless food. Normally, I fly out of terminal D and look forward to a Chipotle burrito. My only burrito option in terminal C was Baja Fresh. Next time, I'll go to D first.

How are these people still open? First of all the staff needs training! A young man was sitting on the prep table behind the counter. I asked him if the food was fresh and he assured me it was. Against my better judgment, I ordered anyway knowing that I would probably regret it. The rice was overcooked, he scooped the black beans from the very bottom and piled it with onions. The pico looked rancid as if it had been sitting all day! The young lady with blonde dreads had zero personality! Just as I thought, the food was out of temperature and the chicken was bland .I’m absolutely nauseous at first bite?. Never again

Everytime I come to this location the lady with the braids,pericing in face and redshirt , never have on gloves when fixing guest meals. Then she gets attitude when you ask her to put on the gloves ?.. smh Disgusting.

Employees hate their life and their job.. they make it very obvious. Food was okay, honestly it didn’t have much flavor and was one of the most boring things I’ve ever eaten. Chicken was incredibly dry, and rice tasted old/dry. It’s very expensive for the quality you are getting. I would just avoid.
