I was surprised to find good Southern food at the airport. My mom and I both got the fried fish, skillet potatoes, collards, and cornbread. The collards were incredible, and everything else was really good as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. I know where I'll be stopping next time I have a layover in Atlanta.

Spent $12 on a veggie plate, very fair. 4 sides and roll. I did ask for a little more as the server was light with the portions but at $12 it was fair and delicious. Greens, potatoes, awesome Brussels x2 with roll. Happy to see healthy soul food options and presented well. No tip required.

Since it says gluten-free restaurant i didn't think to tell my daughter to ask for only gluten-free food so she's bringing a gluten meal to me at a different terminal. Is the restaurant gluten-free or not?

The management team was absolutely 5star. Mr. Jerome, Manager took the time to come to our table to follow up with our order. We truly amazed that someone cared about our experience. Ms. Jasmine (the waitress) had the greatest smile and wonderful welcoming spirit upon placing our order. The southern cuisine food was par excellent as we had the fried fish whiting and two sides. Mr. Xzavier was our cashier and he was definitely a team player and smiled the entire transaction. Overall, the food was so hot and fresh, portions were great and the atmosphere in the food court was accompanied by live jazz music. Mr. Jeffrey Howard gave us phenomenal table service and kept the table clean. He quotes about his manager, “Mr. Jerome is a wonderful boss and I’m so happy to work for him”. In my opinion, today was more than a lunch while traveling with my husband as we received a 5 star experience for a price that doesn’t exist. Bantam & Biddy is a best kept secret in ATL airport amongst the food court choices in Terminal C. You won’t be disappointed!! Can’t wait to return.

Choose the little biscuit sandwich and it was super delicious. The same was put together in the kitchen not the line. Biscuits soft and delucious, bacon crispy and eggs nice and fluffy.Went back to get some plain biscuits to bring home which my family loved. Will definitely make it my stop whenever at ATL Airport.Oh did I say the staff was busy but nice and thankful that I loved their biscuits. Not easy handling airport crowds and they do their best.

Not Celiac Safe. I am really frustrated that after asking this question to the staff member I was assured it was GF and safe, but I have been sick for days after eating this. The staff was horrible. I know that this location is managed by the airport, I hope the owners of Bantam and Biddy remove their name from this before it tarnishes their reputation of the other locations.

The other location in Atlanta is AMAZING! This location doesn’t serve from their menu though? They use some kind a slop bucket system, where you point at buckets of food, and they put it in a tray…? The person slopping from the buckets didn’t even know what was in some of the buckets, so they definitely didn’t know what was gluten free.

My experience at Bantam & Biddy was great, until I was targeted to open up my container before paying by the cook or possibly a supervisor. My meal was being paid for by a passenger. As she started to pay a black male appeared from the kitchen and stated to me and I quote "can you open up the container so can see your meal". I was appalled and stated you didn't ask the payee to see her meal and she is the one paying for both meals. At this point, I stated to him why would I be dishonest for food which I can afford to pay for however, todaysomeone else was covering the mesls. He then states sometimes people say what they have and it's not true what's in the container. Then maybe you should ensure your line servers are placing the correct food items in the container. This was a form of humiliation to me as an African American women who's food was being purchased by an individual of a different ethnicity. This goes show you how this individual may need more training in customer service so no matter what race and who is paying does not feel stereotyped or feel like they are stealing food that is behind the counter which is being prepared by the restaurant severs.
