Ordered lemon peppers wings through DoorDash and this is what I received. Dry, over large , season less wings. I called the restaurant to request if they could possibly be recooked but the hostess had a bad attitude and told me I had to go through DoorDash for a refund, which is what I did not request I just wanted them recooked. Thanks for nothing, I won’t be back.

This place was so good. I usually don’t write reviews but this place was great so I had to. The service was fast, the food was great. I had the egg rolls, fish and chips, and pasta. 10/10.

Regardless of how the outside looks, step inside and give them a chance! TVs everywhere, great place to watch the games, but it's the food that keeps me coming back. My go to is the jambalaya, must try!

The waitress/server was super nonchalant & seemed very cool with offering mediocre service. Every time she came towards us her body language suggested she just wished we weren’t in her section or that she didn’t want to be there. The only time she had any pep in her step was when we asked for the check. Which we shouldn’t have even had to do. We asked for to-go boxes. You would think you would bring the check but she didn’t until she heard us verbalize it. She could hear us because she weirdly sat in the booth behind us. ??‍♀️After about 45 minutes the food came out looking amazing. It looked way better than it tasted. Everything was bland. The buffalo chicken sandwich tasted just like the provolone cheese on top. No Buffalo to be tasted. The chicken quesadilla was stuffed with dry over cooked chicken & the tortilla tasted like paper towel, the salmon tasted like it just it was just thawed & came out the plastic into the oven with no seasoning at all. The Cajun Alfredo….ummmm Cajun where? I had to season it with salt, pepper & hot sauce to make it edible. Our waitress asked how it was & we told her horrible. She offered us another dish but at that point we didn’t trust anything coming out of that kitchen would have been good except the appetizers. The pretzel, tots & cup of chili we started with were all good so we had our hopes up for everything else, especially after we saw it.Bottom line, this may be a cool place for drinks & apps but don’t order a plate of food unless you got hot sauce in your bag swag.

Benchwarmer's tends to always end up as a warm up to a drunken evening. Love this divey spot right off of I-85 - cheap drinks with greasy & tasty bites. I have definitely had regretful evenings here where we plan on having "just one drink" and end up bar hopping from here. Don't do that. Either have just one drink or stay here lol. I have found myself here actually after a boozy evening and needing some sustenance so I ended up hydrating on WATER lol a true benchwarmer maybe? Food is actually pretty tasty - we ordered some wings, fried pickles and tater tots and it helped soak up the alcohol and really just hit the spot. I can't say these are the best wings and bar food I've had but I can't complain either. Stop by Benchwarmers for a low key place to grab quick and easy food and cheap drinks!

Great spot! I do wish they'd stop using crinkle cut fries and go back to thin ones, though.Food is always on point otherwise, no bad options on the menu.

I walked in hoping to get some bar food and a drink during late hours. I was stared at a lot by patrons but the bartender who wasn't helping anyone else wouldn't even look at me. I sat at the bar patiently for a while waiting for the bartender. Finally I gave up and left. I cannot judge food or drink since I couldn't get any. But I know ambiance and service were bottom of the barrel on my attempted visit.

Went by here for New Year Day earlier. I'll have to say the brisket, thinly sliced, properly seasoned, not overdone and fatty enough, was great. The black eye peas were also great. The collard greens, vinegar and spicy were awesome! For a sports bar, the food is always winning! And they are usually open on holidays as well!

Waited to be served for 13 minutes and 45 seconds before deciding to order online and leaving no tip, of course. And I was never served while I waited for my order.

I ordered a bowl of soup on 11/22 for 6.47, did not tip them as it was a pick up order. On 11/24 they changed my total to 11.47 5 dollars more as if i tipped them. I’ve been calling for the past three days unable to reach a manager but spoke to a team member named mark that put my name down on the mangers desk every time and never received a call. Today 11/26 i finally get in touch with a manager and his excuse was it was a holiday. When i said i want to come in to get my 5 dollars he hung the phone up on me. Called back then he says he’ll put it in an envelope with my name on it. Just lost a costumer for life as one i should’ve never been charger an extra 5 dollars EVER but two not being able to get in touch with anyone for 3 days after and finally talk to a rude manager about it is completely thrown off. Do better.

I’ll update this to 5 stars when they fix the sound systems it’s been broken for years and the regulars are tired we put $ in the jukebox and the back speakers cut in and out constantly and it ruins the experience for people playing pool and poker which is 1/2 the bar.

It’s a cool little cheers bar… I bluetooth my phone up to the music player, and spent $15 playing music. You can tell that bar been around for years, and everyone knows each other. The bartender was a little light on the pours.
