After seeing this was an airport hotel I was hesitant to go in. Parking is $10. Valet is $26. I’d like to start by thanking Damon go giving me outstanding service. I was told by the bar attendant that he could not serve me for some reason. He sent me to the restaurant and Damon gave great service. It was late so I just had a crab cake and mashed potatoes. They were served quickly and presented well.

Atmosphere is niceBartender was rude and unprofessional. Their salmon burgers are frozen and cooked not actual salmon burger which should be specified and they have potatoe wedges and not fries. It’s important to give a description of all foods. Server didn’t want to really assist as I declined the fake salmon patty and she also refused service stating she couldn’t remove the food from my bill. Advised I should go somewhere else when I tried to order something else which was very rude and unprofessionalism was below a fast food restaurant. I definitely will follow up about this because customer service should be superior at a 3.5 star hotel

This place is a hidden gem! Inside the sonesta hotel, the food and the service were something I typically see at fine dining restaurants. The ribeye was one of the best I've ever had!!! We were just staying at the hotel, looking for dinner and thought we'd give it a try and I was honestly caught off guard by how good it was. I'm a foodie, I always look for all the best places to eat when I travel and I will eat here everytime I come to Atlanta.

The steak was delish. My fiance and I were enthralled into each other's company and conversation so the atmosphere was divine. ;-)

Everything was great, at first. Host and waitress were as nice as could be. My wife ordered her eggs scrambled hard. They arrived runny. She sent them back to get cooked more. They returned but were still not to her liking. Then they were sent back again. Then the chef comes out and basically belittling her for ordering what he called burnt eggs. She said she did not want them burned but maybe a little browned. He said, well that is burnt in his mind. My wife was felt she was being made fun of for asking for her eggs a certain way. We got up and left. I told the Manger what happened and he was very apologetic but too little too late. The customer is always right. Do not go here. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

I arrived around 6:30 on a Monday evening. There were only 4 other people seated at the time. It took a little longer than I expected to be helped. Once I was helped it took over 35 mins for a turkey club and fries. It was a great sandwich and I would order again. I finished eating and it took almost 30 mins to get my bill. Another waitress from a different area ended up coming to ask me if I needed anything as she acknowledged me a few times as she passed me and noticed I needed help. All and all food was great. But if you are in a hurry I do t think this is the place for you

Excellent

The actual grill was closed, so we had to sit at a bar table with other people, which ended up in meeting a nice woman from Honduras. The bartender was overwhelmed trying to take care of the whole bar.

I made Open Table reservations since we were to stay at the Crowne Plaza. We stopped by the bar since we were early to have our complimentary drinks and asked if we could dine there. I told the bartender that I had an Open Table reservation so that she could tell the hostess. When she returned, she said the system was down so they had no idea who had reservations?? I did get my credit from OT. I had a Mushroom Swiss burger with chips. I asked if they cooked to order and asked for medium rare, which I received. It was cooked very close to what I ordered, and I enjoyed it. The chips were tasty and crunchy. My other half had a salmon salad. The bartender provided great, attentive service. I had prepaid breakfast but would have received breakfast anyway due to my IHG status since the lounge was closed for 2 weeks. When we arrived, I asked about an omelet at the hostess stand and was told to ask my server. She said the cook had called in and wasn't sure if they were doing omelets that day!!! I expressed my disappointment but later received one of the best omelets ever. It was a large spinach and mushroom egg white omelet with lots of cheese. Perfectly cooked to go with the lukewarm and cold items from the buffet (bacon and sausage were room temperature and had probably been out for hours). Server wasn't too friendly and just took coupons while I was at buffet and didn't bring a check or I would have left an additional tip on my room (mainly for the omelet and very little else!) I wouldn't make a special trip here because they probably make dining guests pay full parking price but not sure!
