Having your headphones on while working is just insane to me. Multiple workers had earphones over the ear and in the ear. The cashier took 10 extra minutes to give me my mobile order because he can’t multi task while having his AirPods in his ear. My order was ready as soon as I got there but waited because he needed time but took other customers while I waited an extra 10 minutes. Bad service unfortunately.

Justina recognized the issue with my order and immediately rectified it without me having to address it at all. Justina communicated to me that there was an issue with my order and told me that there would be a wait to have it fixed, I was okay with that since she opted to fix it without me having to ask or complain. They were incredibly busy so I appreciate that Justina took the time to take care of me

The Marinara Sauce tasted disgustingly bitter as if it had spoiled, their cups don't even have lids, and the beverages are incredibly diluted. The service was passable at best. I wouldn't even consider coming here if I was completely intoxicated.

It’s literally a hot mess every time I go inside to order. I awkwardly stood in line today with no one behind me and waited while a worker in front of me was preparing to go orders. He didn’t even say a word to me until I spoke up. Then his friend came around and starting talking to him and yet still..I’m waiting for my order to be taken. The staff is unprofessional and 9/10 times lost on what to do. If you’re going to hire young adults, properly train them so customer service runs smoothly with no attitudes.

I review a ton of places and eat out a lot. I have a good frame. On this place you can’t contact them at all. I called to see how long out a delivery was, nobody to answer. The website is unclear for times. You have to place the order, then see when it will arrive. It was going to be 45 minutes. Not good. But I immediately contacted them online once I ordered (and called 2x no answer) to inform them of the timing and special instructions.You have to decide on tip, before you know if the pizza is hot or correct or on time, when you order online. Unreal.I called the store 3x and nobody answered either time. I called and text the driver and nothing returned. On my online order (easy to order and give your money) I asked for half the amount of cheese it was full amount. I ordered well done and crispy and it was normal. I asked for a fork and napkins for the salad and nothing. Complete fail. The pizza was then delivered 23 min late, cold and with out a fork for a salad! I would ask for all my money back but I assume I’ll never hear from them again. Again I emailed them 20 seconds after I ordered. Very dissatisfied and upset but I don’t think they care as they can’t even have someone answer the phone from a customer.

Placed an online order at 3:34 for two items that was supposed to be ready at 3:49. Came in at 3:45 to wait. At 4:00, still nothing. I asked one of the employees for an update and she said they were making it. At 4:20, still nothing. I asked the manager and he did not even respond. No apology. No compensation. No nothing. It is now 4:40 as I am writing this, and I still have only gotten one of my items and it was wrong. Terrible communication and terrible service.
