I cannot recommend Bodied By Maya Meal Prep enough. The meals taste so incredible that I truly am not sure how they can be as healthy as they are! They are also huge! Most of them I are barely shut in their container because its so full and can feed me for two meals. The best part is that even if I eat a whole one I don't feel awful afterward because they are so clean. My favorites are the Shrimp Jambalaya, Salmon pasta and Chicken Alfredo! And on top of all this...Maya is an amazing person!

Her meals are sooo delicious! I’ve never tasted healthy food so good. The chicken Alfredo, shrimp jambalaya and fish tacos are my favorite! I’m already 3lb down and I started 1 week ago. And her communication and customer service is 10/10. She followed up when my ordered was being prepped and when my order was out for delivery.
