Absolutely love the Poke bowl here. It’s always fresh and such a generous serving. I’ve ordered it several times and each time has been consistently made well. Would recommend!!

Walked in. There was no line to order. Employee that was working the food line didn’t greet or acknowledge me. Employee continued to be on phone before attempting to take my order. Gave them my order and was about to let them know that i would like to modify one of their signature bowls Employee proceed to make order. I told them what my modifications were. They reply back saying that stated that “ they asked me Twice if the regular items are ok.” I never Said yes or nodded my head. They continued to argue with me and i can tell that they had an attitude. I decided to cancel my order and leave. I have been here several times, and had great service with great food and recommended this place to people. Now, I don’t believe I will ever come back.

When I walked in I was not acknowledged. I spent several minutes looking at the 2 ladies. I was unaware of the protocol but didn't get any guidance of where to order from. Once they decided to help me I then felt rushed and could not understand what they were saying. After that I was given my total... back was placed on the counter with no acknowledgements that it was my order.

I enter the restaurant and two clerks standing behind the counter, the one to my left is deep in her cell phone - unprofessional at best. The one to the right, looked over and realized this, then came to the register to assist and asked if she could help me.Food was good. I might go back, but not sure yet.

Generally, I love Poke! I was excited to try this place. Service was okay. I liked the spicy crab. Some of the other proteins looked slimy and unappetizing. There just wasn't anything special about this place.

I went here for the first time today, as my son has swimming lessons across the street. I've found my new spot! I got a salmon poke bowl with a mixture of the brown and white rice and an abundance of wonderful, fresh veggies and awesome sauces. It is very clean and everything was fresh. Just tried Bowl Lab for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Worked all day at Coffee Comma and got hungry after so walked next door. I recently got into Poke Bowls and theirs is excellent! You get a great portion even with the small serving size. I ordered the Hotlanta which is one of their best sellers (i substituted salmon for the regular tuna) and it was amazing! The workers were patient and explained everything to me when I asked a few questions. There was no line and there are plenty of tables where you can sit. I'll definitely be back!

I came here to pick up to go order. There was a lady at the register, she didn’t even great me and say hello. I stood there about 3 or 4 mins and then another lady was making a bowl and got to the register. Didn’t speak and just said if you hear picking up order you can get it from over there . I asked if everything was in the bag because it was stapled closed, got ignored and asked again and was told yeah it’s in there . No one was smiling and they had attitudes like they didn’t wanna be at work or something. Professional applies to any position that serves customers. Happy customers come back time and time again but i was very disappointed and dissatisfied! i will not come back to this location ever again! Greeting customers and being nice are the top priorities and that’s something they do not have ! The first and last time i come here for sure!!

I work close by and this is such a great option for a healthy lunch, especially since you can create your own bowl with all your favorite ingredients. Unfortunately, the service is usually quite poor to downright unacceptable making the overall experience less than satisfactory. Today I went in to order a bowl to go. Got rice as the base, salmon for both protein choices. When it came to the "mix-ins" (you can select up to 5), I chose four items, couldn't decide on a fifth, so just said add more jalepenos. The disinterested employee stated that would be an up-charge. I asked, "so I can add something different, but a second helping of something I like is an up-charge?" She said, "doubling is an up-charge." Ok, ridiculous, but ok. Just went without fifth ingredient. This is not an isolated experience. One time when I went in several months ago, the staff was friendly and I was pleasantly surprised. Been trying to kill them with kindness for a year plus. Now though, back to inconvenienced, apathetic, sour attitudes. Management should require better. Who runs a place like this and doesn't seem to worry about building a loyal customer base. I dread going in.
