The bagels are good, there’s no denying that but there’s no consistency when it comes to how they make their sandwiches. Like sometimes they forgot to add tomatoes or they’re skimpy on the chicken salad or they even leave a big piece of plastic in your sandwich. When I first started getting bagels from here there would be something wrong with maybe every sixth sandwich but now it feels like every other sandwich I get has a problem.

Best bagels in town. The only downside is how convenient it is, so I spend all my money on

good NY bagels have Tk classic characteristics: They are boiled then baked, have a soft bite and a heavy-water laden crumb. That last bit is the hardest to get right because most water sources are not like NYC's upstate reservoirs, where calcite -- calcium carbonate -- leaches into the water from the limestone. At a similarly named, Brooklyn Bagel, on Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles, the owners recreated the mineral make up of NY water and keep it in large glass tanks for all to see. I do not know if Atlanta's mineral content is similar to NYC's, but the bagels are a decent facsimile. Weekends are always packed full of breakfast and lunch seekers as well as those who come to pick up their weekly dozen, schmear and lox to go -- you can bet that the everything bagels will run out by noon. Tuesday to Friday are less busy in the off hours, but not at meal times. Expect a short -- but well worth it -- wait.

Ordered a gift for a relative who was having a bad few days. Usual Jewish comfort food, bagel breakfast. Delivery half hour late even though ordered the day before. They left out the just expensive item and also the best part ... The lox. This is fault of mostly restaurant but also Uber driver who didn't check. Only refunded product, should have received service free and to back as wellBottom line, can't be trusted to deliver. Do not make the same mistake

Great bagels. Just may have to wait a while on the weekends.

I’ve been coming to Brooklyn Bagel consistently for a year. I came in this morning after my workout, craving my usual; a sesame bagel, SCOOPED, extra toasted with scallion scream cheese. The cashier this morning lied to my face and said, “we don’t scoop bagels on the weekends.” I asked him since when and he replied with “for a while.” I don’t mind that my bagel wasn’t scooped but I’ve been coming here every Saturday and have always had my bagel scooped, so let’s not lie to the customers face.

This used to be the only place to get a decent bagel that’s not OTP. Quality as of late has been inconsistent and very poor.Plus, they don’t schmear both sides of the bagel.

This place continues to disappoint. Every once in a while I'm in the area and I need something to snack on and I think maybe they've improved by now. I'm completely wrong every single time.Reluctantly, I ordered the Egg Nova, again. Only to find the flattest fried egg on this sandwich again. This is not how you do it. This is not how you do it. There's hardly anything on this sandwich for 7.99!!When this happened before I showed the owner and he genuinely seemed concerned so I thought things are different now. He can't be there all the time. The application pool is troublesome.

3 of 6 of my bagels were burnt when I took them out of the bag. I was bummed…especially since I drove 9 miles to get them. ? I will be sure to ask for “unburnt” bagels from now on.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I frequent this restaurant often. I love the food. Hoewever today, I felt like I was treated like dirt. I went to go pick up my order and the young gentleman (unfortunately I do not know his name, he’s Caucasian and wore a hat with hair underneath)calling orders completely ignored me when I gave him my name. However 2 older gentleman walked up after me and he acknowledged them. That caught me off guard. I was very sad and a Hispanic male ( I wish I knew his name) assisted me. You never know what somebody is going through and kindness can go a long way. Long story short that small encounter caused me to cry in my car. I’m battling depression and todays experience made me feel small.

I came here on Sunday 2/4. They were out of bagels and only had deli sandwiches and bread. I got food poisoning from their cold cuts and won’t be returning.
