I work next to this location, I like the taste of the good. Is not the best, but I come back. Now the customer service is something they need to work on. Lightning in the place is not much but I feel save. The cleaning is normal it just not excellent. It is a food place so cleaning and customer service is must. I would recommend if you do have a choice.

BTJ will always have a place in my heart lol. I used to go here faithfully when I was in college. I would always order my usual, a 10 piece mild meal, and they would never disappoint. I'm very picky about mild sauce on wings, but btj's mild sauce that I really like. They always came through with seasoning to put on my fries once I get my order. I'm gonna have to make a trip back to the West End asap, I miss it.
Food stale rice stinks. Cashier nasty attitude. French fries old freezer taste. Nasty food never again.

The place was ok.. but the black lady in the front likes to play favorites. If she likes you, you get free things or money off .. if she don't it's you gotta pay for this and that and the napkins
